我超爱吃零食， 对零食又爱又恨

韩式炒杂菜??

材料：
Onion, Spring Onion, Red Bell Pepper, Carrot, Garlic, Spinach ,
White Mushroom, Shiitake Mushroom, Egg, Pork, Sweet Potato Noodles

腌制肉 ：
-Brown Sugar 1tsp
-Soy Sauce 2 tsp
-Sesame Oil 1 tsp

搅拌所有食物：
-Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
-Brown Sugar 1 tbsp
-Black Pepper
-Sesame Oil

来自台湾的A等妈，常常从台湾带粉圆回新加坡煮，后来看到食安风暴有够恐怖，粉圆里面竟然含有塑化剂，叫我怎么敢给孩子吃呢？决定还是自己做，不但简单，吃起来还比外面买的更软Q，而且也安心多了！

影片最后一分钟，是【粉圆】的步骤，让大家可以更快学会！

As a Taiwanese, Aden’s Mummy often brought pearls (tapioca balls) from Taiwan back to Singapore. Recently, food safety saga has become a highly discussed topic, and it was said that traces of plasticizer were found in pearls! What in the world is still safe for our kids’ consumption? Thus, she has decided to make pearls herself. It’s super easy to make and the taste is way better than those available outside. Most importantly, it’s safe!

Fast forward to the last minute of this video for the ingredients and directions!

［材料］

1. 太白粉 50g
2. 黑糖 15g
3. 水 35ml

［做法］

1. 把35ml的水煮开
2. 加入黑糖搅拌，将黑糖煮至滚沸
3. 黑糖水煮沸后，立刻冲入太白粉，拌匀成面团
4. 稍凉时，将面团擀平
5. 面团切成方块
6. 把方块搓成圆形
7. 将搓好的粉圆放入1公升的滚水煮15分钟
8. 关火焖20分钟
9. 煮好的粉圆可直接拌入黑糖食用，或加入豆／牛奶变成饮品

［Ingredients］

1. Potato Starch 50g
2. Brown Sugar 15g
3. Water 35ml

［Directions］

1. Boil 35ml of water
2. Add the brown sugar into the water, stir it well and cook till it boils
3. Immediately pour the brown sugar into the potato starch, stir well till it turns into a dough
4. Roll the dough flat after it cools down
5. Cut the dough into small little cubes
6. Shape the cubes into pearls (balls)
7. Put the pearls into 1L of boiling water and let it cook for 15 minutes
8. Off the stove and let the pearls steam for 20 minutes
9. Enjoy the pearls by adding some brown sugar to it or simply have the pearls with milk/soya bean drink

Japanese-style croquette~ cheese + potatoes can definitely satisfy any kids' tastebuds! It's super easy, no parent would get an NG for this recipe.

【材料】
1. 马铃薯 3颗
2. 洋葱 1/4颗
3. 黑胡椒 少许
4. 盐 少许
5. 马兹瑞拉起司 适量
6. 面粉 适量
7. 蛋 2颗
8. 面包粉 适量

【做法】
1. 马铃薯蒸熟，压成泥
2. 加入盐，胡椒
3. 拌入马兹瑞拉起司or包在中间
4. 捏成扁圆形
5. 沾面粉
6. 裹蛋液
7. 沾面包粉
8. 入锅中火温煎至表面金黄

[Ingredients]
1. Potatoes, 3 pieces
2. Onion, 1/4 of a bulb
3. Black pepper, a pinch
4. Salt, a pinch
5. Mozarella cheese, own preference
6. All-purpose flour, appropriate amount
7. Egg, 2
8. Panko (Bread Crumbs), appropriate amount

[Directions]
1. Steam potatoes and mash
2. Add salt and black pepper
3. Either mix the mozarella cheese pieces into the mashed up potato or wrap the mozarella cheese with the mashed potatoes
4. Shape it into an oval shape
5. Cover the oval shaped potatoes (with mozarella cheese) with flour
6. Proceed to cover it with beaten eggs
7. Cover it with panko (bread crumbs)
8. Fry until it turns golden brown
