因為疫情的關係，被迫在墨西哥城待了將近一個月，哪裡都不敢去。只能乖乖去支持一下素食店，最後就整理了這4家素Taco店，每家都有其特色，我都很喜歡！看到這支影片，口水都流出來了，又開始想念墨西哥了~

Because of the epidemic, I was forced to stay in Mexico City for almost a month, can't go anywhere. I can only go and support the vegan restaurants, and finally sorted out these 4 vegan Taco stores, each of them has its own characteristics, I like all of them! When I watch this video, my saliva came out, and I began to miss Mexico again~

墨西哥城│吃不厭的墨西哥TACOS
聽朋友說在墨西哥天天吃TACOS，從喜歡吃到最後變厭倦了。我想說那是因為你沒吃過純素TACOS，純素版的餡料遠比肉類多很多，不然我怎麼可能吃了一個月也沒厭倦，還愈吃愈愛 😇 特別是這家「Vegetal」，我們幾乎吃遍了它所有的TACOS，可謂是怎麼吃都好吃的小店。
最最最推薦的一定是「烤菇菇 Grilled Mushrooms」，他們特製的醬汁使菇菇非常惹味，一吃就上隱了；「炸菇扒 Breaded Mushrooms」不論是賣相還是口感，超像炸雞扒，有點像在吃肯德基雞扒，而且沒有骨頭呢 😋 還有很多素肉類或素芝士類的TACOS都做得非常出色，而且價錢很親民，3個TACOS才 MXN50 (約 HKD17 / TWD65)。
TACOS好吃到，我一個人可以一口氣吃六個，然後再加純素甜品和Kombucha 😆

Mexico City │ Never Bored - Mexican vegan TACOS
My friend said he became tired having TACOS because he had it everyday in Mexico. I want to say that it’s just because he hasn't tried vegan TACOS yet. The vegan version has far more fillings than meat version, otherwise how could I have it for a month without getting bored, I even love it more and more 😇 Especially in "Vegetal", we have eaten almost all of its TACOS, it is a small shop that serves the best tacos in town.
The most recommended must be "Grilled Mushrooms", their special sauce makes the mushrooms very tasty, you will get addicted to it; "Breaded Mushrooms" is very similar to fried chicken, no matter in appearance or taste. It's kind of like eating KFC chicken, and without bones 😋 There are a lot of vegan meat or cheese TACOS are very good too, and the price is very cheap, 3 TACOS only costs MXN50 (about HKD17 / TWD65) .
Their TACOS are so good that I can have six at a time, and then have vegan dessert and Kombucha 😆

Sabías que...
El color azul del cielo se debe a la dispersión Rayleigh. Cuando la luz del Sol atraviesa la atmósfera para llegar hasta nosotros, la mayor parte de la luz roja, anaranjada y amarilla (longitudes de onda largas) pasa sin ser casi afectada. Sin embargo, buena parte de la luz de longitudes de onda más cortas es dispersada por las moléculas gaseosas del aire. A cualquier parte del cielo que miremos, estaremos viendo algo de esa luz dispersada, que es azul, y por eso el cielo es de ese color. En cambio, la luz que nos llega directamente del Sol perdió parte de su color azul, por eso el Sol se ve amarillento.
Al mirar hacia un punto más cercano al horizonte, el cielo se ve de un color azul más pálido. Esto se debe a que, para llegar hasta nosotros, la luz del cielo debe en este caso atravesar una mayor cantidad de aire, y por lo tanto vuelve a ser dispersada. La luz que nos llega del cielo cercano al horizonte habrá entonces perdido parte de su color azul y se verá pálida o blanquecina.
El ocaso
A medida que el Sol está más cerca del horizonte, la luz debe atravesar una porción de atmósfera cada vez mayor para llegar a nosotros (recordemos que la atmósfera es muy delgada comparada con el radio terrestre). El color del Sol va cambiando primero a anaranjado, luego a rojo. Esto se debe a que se van dispersando cada vez más las longitudes de onda cortas (azul, verde), y sólo nos llega la luz más roja.
El cielo alrededor del sol poniente puede tomar colores muy variados. Cuando el aire contiene gran cantidad de partículas de polvo o gotitas de agua, éstas reflejan luz blanca en todas direcciones. Sobre esta luz actúa la dispersión Rayleigh, eliminando las longitudes de onda más cortas. Por eso el cielo se ve rojizo.
