    一份洩漏的文件，列出 2000 名在 2016-2018 被關押在新疆再教育營的維吾爾人名單，並有詳細個人資料，以及被關押的原因。
    　
    資料顯示，中國政府會用自動收集，與手動輸入，記錄跟這個人有關的任何訊息，個人資料以外，所有通聯記錄、通話時間、車子的顏色、回家會從前門還是後門、手機內的軟體等。
    　
    而被標示並關押的人，有的只寫上「基本上不可信」、「1980 年後出生」，所謂的基本上不可信，有的只是房租沒繳就進集中營，有的則是有超過一個老婆的維族人。
    　
    中國一下子說，沒有這種集中營，但最近又說，這些集中關押，是為了對抗新疆的極端主義與恐怖行動。
