乾隆八年(1743)，厄魯特蒙古的一支部落「準噶爾部」的 台吉噶爾旦策凌 派遣使者進獻了一匹良駒，乾隆皇帝依照馬兒的習性、毛色，賜名為「如意驄」，命郎世寧把它畫下來，再由翰林官員題贊，然後以漢、滿、蒙文書寫馬匹名稱、尺寸與來源。最後在乾隆十三年(1748)，由皇帝在畫上做御題詩。一幅畫把馬兒入宮的過程和皇帝對它的評價通通入畫了，小編覺得既寫實又具意義！

　　準噶爾部是厄魯特蒙古的一支部落，位於天山以北的伊犁地區。乾隆八年(1743)台吉噶爾旦策凌遣使以良駒進獻。乾隆皇帝依其習性、毛色，賜名為「如意驄」，命郎世寧繪為巨幅，再由翰林官員題贊，並以漢、滿、蒙文書寫馬匹名稱、尺寸與來源。畫上錄有乾隆十三年(1748)御題詩，郎氏以精湛的西洋技法， 描繪藩部進獻高大駿馬，頗有紀實意義。
The Dzungar people refer to several tribes of the Oirat Mongols located in the Ili area north of the Tian Shan Mountains. In 1743, Taiyiji Galdan Tsering dispatched an envoy to the Qing dynasty court to present a fine steed as tribute. Based on its docile character and hair color, the Qianlong emperor bestowed the auspicious name "As-you-wish Piebald" upon the horse, also ordering Giuseppe Castiglione to do a monumental painting of it. After completion, a member of the Hanlin Academy at court wrote an inscription of praise with information about the horse's name, dimensions, and origins, which were transcribed in Chinese, Manchu, and Mongolian. Also at the top of the painting is an imperial poem dated to the equivalent of 1748. Castiglione employed his consummate skills in European and Chinese painting to portray the majesty and bearing of this steed offered by tribal peoples, the hanging scroll being as much a grand record as it is an artistic rendering.

業務スーパーの紙パックスイーツみたいな、牛乳 1リットルをまるごと使った牛乳パックまるごとホルスタイン柄の牛乳プリンを作ってみました。取り出すのに緊張しすぎて、プリンに割れができてしまったし、牛乳パックに深さがあるので、柄をつけるのに苦労しました。
ウシさん柄のプリンが作りたいなら透明カップで柄を確認しながら作ればいいのに。。。とお思いかもしれませんが、そこは妄想グルメ、牛乳パック丸ごと牛柄にしたかったのです！
って今書きながら思ったんだけど、絞り袋に入れて作業すれば、もっと簡単に作れたかも！（実はいちごシロップでモザイクにしたゼリーで一度失敗してます。。。）
*レシピ*
１．粉ゼラチン 25gは水 125gでふやかしておく。
２．ブラックココアパウダー 10gとココアパウダー 10gをお湯 35gで溶かしておく。
３．鍋に加糖練乳 50g、砂糖 100g、牛乳 1リットルを加え、砂糖を煮溶かす。
４．火から下ろし、１を加え溶かす。
５．およそ300mlと900mlに分け、300mlの方に２を入れ混ぜる。
６．氷水にあてながら冷やす。
７．黒のゼリー液から75ml、白のゼリー液から150ml程度 取り分けておく。
８．少しモロっと固まってきたら、氷水から出す。
９．牛乳パックに白と黒のゼリー液を交互に入れる。ゼリー液が固まりすぎてしまったら、７を足して緩くしながら作業する。
１０．冷蔵庫でよく冷やす。翌日に取り出しても色にじみすることはありませんでした。
１１．丸ごと取り出す。できた。

We tried our hand at making milk pudding with a Holstein cow pattern from 1 litre of milk, using the milk carton itself! We were so nervous removing it that the pudding got split, and since the pack has some depth to it, applying the pattern was very difficult.

We know what you're thinking: "it would have made more sense to use a translucent cup to view the pattern as you applied it"... but that's the magic of MosoGourmet: using the milk carton itself to make the pudding!

Although come to think of it, using a pastry bag while working would have made things easier! (we've already messed up once like this, with the mosaic jelly we used for the strawberry syrup...)

Recipe

1. Soak 25g of powder gelatin in 125g of water.
2. Dissolve 10g of black cocoa powder and 10g of regular cocoa powder in 35g of warm water.
3. Add 50g of sweetened condensed milk, 100g of sugar and 1 litre of milk to a pot. Heat until sugar dissolves.
4. Lower the heat, and add the ingredients of step 1 while dissolving them.
5. Separate in approximately 300ml and 900ml, and use the 300ml portion to mix with the ingredients of step 2.
6. Cool off by placing on iced water recipient.
7. Separate about 75ml of the dark jelly liquid and about 150ml of the white jelly liquid.
8. After it's started congealing enough to break up, take it away from the iced water.
9. Alternate pouring white and black jelly into the milk pack. If the jelly has hardened up too much, add some more of the mix from step 7 and soften it up.
10. Cool in fridge. After removing it from the fridge one day after, there was no blotting in the colors.
11. Remove from the pack. It's ready.
