I quickly cooked this egg tart for lunch yesterday. It doesn’t look pretty but it was a hit for Nora! And I didn’t plan on posting this until a follower asked me for the recipe, so I don’t have photon tutorials this time, sorry guys!

昨天午餐我快速的做了一個烘蛋,雖然不太美觀但是真的很好吃~妍妍一口接一口都沒停!然後我原本沒打算要寫食譜的,只是有媽咪問我所以這個食譜就生出來了~這次沒有照片教學,希望文字也能淺顯易懂😛
———————— R E C I P E 食譜 ————————
🔪 Prep time: 10 minutes
⏰ Cooking time: 10 minutes
👶🏻 Suitable for 6M+
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 食材:
1 egg 蛋
30g pork mince 豬絞肉
10g potato (diced) 馬鈴薯
10g carrot (diced) 紅蘿蔔
20ml unsalted veggie stock 無鹽蔬菜高湯
1 tsp ground white pepper 白胡椒粉
1 tsp ground ginger 薑粉
1 tsp ginger (minced) 薑末
Avocado oil 酪梨油
Optional: a small handful of cheddar cheese 一小把切達起司(可不加)
𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝 步驟:
1)Steam 1 potato and 1 carrot and rice finely (You can store the rest in the fridge or freezer)
將一顆馬鈴薯和一根紅蘿蔔蒸熟切小丁(剩下的可以冷藏或冷凍保存)
2)Marinate the pork with ground white pepper and ground ginger for 5 minutes
將豬絞肉拿白胡椒粉和薑粉攪拌均勻醃製5分鐘
3)Beat the egg and mix with veggie stock.
將蛋打散並且加入蔬菜高湯。
4)Prepare one small non-stick saucepan, heat up the pan with oil on medium heat. Add the minced ginger and stir fry it, then together stir fry with the pork until the surface is cooked. Set the pork aside.
取一個小的不沾平底鍋,中火熱油,加入薑末炒香,再放入豬肉炒至表面皆熟之後,盛起
5)Turn to medium low heat, add in the egg and wait for 30 seconds, then add in the potato, carrot and pork, cook for 3 minutes with lid on.
轉中小火,倒入蛋液,等30秒再放入馬鈴薯、紅蘿蔔和豬肉,蓋上蓋子烘3分鐘。
6)Open the lid, there is still a bit of uncooked egg on the top, you can add the cheese on it now.
開蓋,上層還有些未熟的蛋液,這時可以撒上一點起司。
7)Use a silicon spatula to run around the egg, make sure non of it stick to the pan. Carefully flip the egg and cooks for further 2 minutes.
拿矽膠鏟或刮刀在蛋周圍劃一圈確認沒有沾鍋,小心地將蛋翻面,繼續煎2分鐘即可取出。
8)Cut it into appropriate sizes for babies, and it’s ready to serve
切成適合寶寶抓握的大小就完成了
