I went to 3 BARs in one night without having any food first…and I think i was a bit tipsy at the last venue already but luckily mariocalderonemixology @duddellshk saved me by feeding me dim sum and seafood noodles. My route was as follows: . 8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo Bombana “A LITTLE RED IN THE GREEN” - I really like this A LOT. It’s quite peaty and herby. They used the @applewooddistillery Navy Gin, Bancha green tea and @camparihk . It has a sweet orange honey finish too so for some reason I just kept drinking lol. . The Aubrey Another Negroni with a twist. They also had Barolo Chinato wine in their negroni and I think their negroni is on the sweeter side. And they even added curry leaf which makes it even more exotic. . Duddells Also tried their Negroni and I would say the flavors are more balanced. It went so well with all the dim sums surprisingly lolll. So the negroni week opening event is going to be at duddells. And quite a few familiar names are going to be there.
