Mämmi - a traditional finnish easter dessert. It is eaten cold with either milk or cream and sugar, and less commonly with vanilla sauce. Pashka - Eastern euro easter dessert made with wooden mold into the form of a pyramid symbolizing the white church. Vanilla flavor with peanut and raisin. Taste like a cheese cake, so creamy and sweet. Fazer mignon chocolate egg - made of real egg shells. Each egg is hand made by first cutting a hole in a real chicken egg and removing the contents, the shells are then sterilised and filled with a deliciously creamy chocolate filling containing hazelnuts and almonds.
