酒是人類飲用歷史最長的加工飲品之一。酒作為標準飲食，也用於醫療、娛樂各種用途，早在史前就被世界各地的人們廣泛飲用。

在我們的節目中曾經也用大量的篇幅來介紹葡萄酒與啤酒，但除了釀造酒之外，還有另外一種值得細細認識，蒸餾酒的特色酒精濃度偏高，直接純飲通常辣口嗆鼻，大概都是需要一點歷練的人才做得到吧，也因此蒸餾酒常出現在酒吧裡，經過Bartender的妙手生花，調製成各式各樣風味迥異的調酒，一般所稱的六大基酒為：威士忌、白蘭地、伏特加、蘭姆酒、龍舌蘭、琴酒。今天便是要來認識被譽為是「六大基酒之首」的琴酒。

#線上故宮很好玩
#ARVR3D通通有
#不用曬太陽就可以逛

大家知道「線上故宮」嗎？前一陣子我去逛了幾次，非常好玩，有AR/VR、3D、Podcast、Google Arts & Culture等各種介面，來跟大家介紹幾個有趣的。

首先是 #720度VR虛擬實境 ，帶你從故宮正門一路往裡走，平常曬太陽走到腳酸的超大場地和樓梯。在線上故宮，點點箭頭，就身歷其境！

也不用擔心不知道從哪裡逛，線上故宮同樣也有設定各種主題精選路線，就像有導覽員帶著你逛各個展間。我最喜歡「皇帝的玩具箱」，可以一覽皇帝過去把玩的珍品、金銀文物！

故宮最有名的 #翠玉白菜 、 #肉形石 、 #龍藏經 等經典收藏。在線上故宮，設計成3D展示，可以左翻右翻、各種角度觀賞，甚至比去現場看的還清楚😍

線上限定和Google Arts & Culture合作的展覽，精挑細選19個主題，也很值得看，未來也期待會有更多的展出。

其他還有開播到第三季Podcast，每一集講述不同文物故事，例如「張大千其實有些叛逆」、「朕知道了！揭露奏摺秘辛」、「古代的移動便利商店」，光是主題就讓人很想一探究竟。

還有 #線上展覽，除了故宮自己策展，也邀請民眾親自參與線上策展，用不同的角度詮釋文物。像是「超想睡特展」，介紹過去各種形態的床以及與床有關的圖畫，我才了解原來床在古代不僅是臥具，更是坐具被當作椅子使用。

Youtube頻道，不僅有文物與展覽精彩的介紹影片，還有一個相當新穎的主題叫作 #古畫動漫 ，讓書畫上的人物動了起來，就像在看動漫一樣。

#線上故宮
#還可以更好

今天正好教文委員會安排國立故宮博物院 National Palace Museum吳密察院長業務報告，我趁機和吳院長討論線上故宮怎樣可以更好。

院長說，故宮自2000年以來便開始投入 #數位 工作，只是過去都統一放在官網裡。隨著數位內容發展越來越多，又因為疫情，便另外成立 #線上故宮 集結所有的數位資源，讓民眾更容易使用。

#實體故宮國外遊客佔快8成
#線上只佔2成

統計顯示，2019年實體故宮遊客共350萬人次，國外遊客276萬人次，佔整體的78.86%。

但線上故宮2020開辦第一年的500多萬瀏覽人次，國外瀏覽量卻僅佔兩成。

還有，實體八成的國外遊客以中國、日本、南韓等國為大宗；線上兩成的國外旅客改變成以美國、日本、香港、新加玻等國為主。

明顯的是 #中國 消失了，院長回應我中國民眾可能是受到網路 #防火牆 的限制而無法瀏覽。

但我也發現，除了中國， #南韓 也不見了。

目前故宮官網的語言設定分別有中文、英文、日文；而線上故宮只有中文與英文。或許是因為語言限制，影響國外遊客瀏覽的便利性，我建議院長可以研究看看增設線上故宮的語言。

故宮作為我國最重要的博物館，實體遊客減少，正是 #化危機為轉機 的機會。

實體故宮外國遊客很喜歡，就要想辦法在線上故宮呈現，拉高線上故宮的國外遊客到訪數及比例。尤其是後疫情時代，台灣民眾有實體到訪的機會。外國遊客實體機會減少，必須要把遊客導入線上；更要努力觸及更多國家。

#線上故宮只計算總瀏覽人次
#改變計算項目才能對症下藥
#改善線上瀏覽品質

目前只有計算 #總瀏覽人次 作為成效指標，無法得知遊客平均在網頁的停留時間、不重複瀏覽量、跳出率、瀏覽頁數等資訊。

舉例來說，瀏覽者在網頁停留的時間越高，也就代表內容品質會讓瀏覽者想看完。跳出率越低，也就代表瀏覽者有再次點擊網站內的其他內容。

所以我也建議院長，要增加線上故宮的成效指標，加以分析研究，才能精進使者的線上體驗。

#線上帶動線下
#更好線上故宮可以吸引更多實體遊客

我認為線上故宮除了因應疫情，還要隨著數位科技發展做整體設計。更好的線上體驗，會促進瀏覽者「想要去現場看一看」的動能；就像我們看到超美的景點照片，也會想著有機會要去看看實體。

線上故宮絕對是一個值得再更多投入的方向，期許故宮進一步行銷到國際各國，帶動臺灣觀光。

這次要介紹的是島嶼城市『特羅吉爾』Trogir，在1997年特羅吉爾歷史中心被列入聯合國教科文組織世界遺產名單，為何會說特羅吉爾是島嶼城市呢？因為
原本的古城是座落在克羅埃西亞大陸和契奧沃島之間的一個小島上，在古代是為控制亞德里亞海眾多島嶼之間的重要通道。
特羅吉爾彷如一座堅固的孤島，北面以「陸門」連接克羅埃西亞本土，南面以「海門」連通奇歐佛島，島城佔地不大，主要景點都集中在若望保祿二世廣場。
除了來此用餐外，我們這次共參觀了
海門與陸門（Southern Gate & Land Gate）
聖羅倫斯大教堂（Cathedral of St. Lawrence）
敞廊與鐘塔（Loggia & Clock Tower）
奇皮可宅邸（Cipiko Palace）
這些都是特羅吉爾非常著名的景點，當然整個城區都非常的美麗，也很值得多花點時間遊覽，可惜的是，我們因為行程關係，所以無法久待，也期待未來還有機會能再回到這個城市。
