各位大大，大家好

我想請問一下overwhelming的用法，
下面這一句的用法，為何不是at overwhelming times，而是要用at times overwhelming呢?

I guess I welled up a bit because I thought it was a very emotional and
moving occasion and at times overwhelming.

不曉得我那裡觀念錯誤了，煩請各位糾正我吧 ><
