    我們總是希望有更多世界人才留在台灣，話是這樣說，但各種的規章制度，以及可以提供給借助去搜尋人才的平台，都還沒有完整的建立。

    許多網路上的人才銀行，也尚未有英文版。

    TUTEEMI 的蜜拉（Camila Sáenz ）女士，在台灣也六年了，就是希望能夠建立一個小小的平台，能夠把目前這一個狀態打破。

    現在她專注在語言，我相信未來他們能夠更寬廣的建立一個更好的人力資源平台；提供給這個在台灣的企業主、需要的公營私營部門。

    台灣其實非常缺英文為母語的（或外文為母語的）助教，有他們的存在，對於我們走向2030雙語國家，是會有非常大的助益。沒有人是完美的，剛畢業的學生不見得會有非常好的教學經驗，但是我們要的是一步一步走向更好的環境，我對蜜拉的做法非常鼓勵，不管結果是失敗或者成功。

    昨天還也聊到一個重點。她說，每次這些外國企業家在台灣找律師、會計、政府部門之類的諮詢問題，總是不知不覺發現，最開始的答案都是「沒有這個前例ㄟ」「我們不處理這個問題」，如果諮詢政府機關，常常用中文問跟用英文問的答案都不同，我想這些都是我們要邁入國際市場的一些挑戰。

    現在世界正在因應除了疫情之外的多項挑戰，在這個時間點，所有公私部門都必須要準備好，因為這一次我們有更多的時間。

    I met with Camila Sáenz and Hsin Chen (Owen) Lu who are the co-founders of TUTEEMI, a tutoring startup that connects families with foreign tutors. Taiwan has many talented students from around the world but it’s often difficult for them to find jobs or internships in Taiwan while in school.

    We often talk about wanting to attract talent to Taiwan to globalize our workforce, but we often overlook the students who come to study here! Once these students graduate they could become great employees for many Taiwanese companies if given the chance. Currently many companies overlook foreign talent—even if they went to university in Taiwan.

    This mindset must change for Taiwan’s companies to be internationally competitive.

    Nice to meet my new friends! This day was my last day in Riga. After taking a walking tour, I went to Skyline Bar with new friends for afternoon tea. One person's travel is not alone, we met each other and had a great time! In this bar, people can overlook the whole town of Riga. Although the weather was cold, but my heart was warm because of them.

    And the most amazing thing is that one of the them, the Italian gir also speaks Chinese! ! ! I have been almost a month without speaking Chinese. It's really a special experience.
