    喜歡法國葡萄酒的朋友們，這篇可以慢慢看。雖然字有點多就是了。
    　　
    來自台南的 翰品酒窖 是一間專注於法國葡萄酒的進口商，昨天下午，在大安站附近的葡萄酒名店肯自然辦了場業內小酒展；帶來了香檳、阿爾薩斯、隆河、羅亞爾河、布根地 5 個產區，8 間酒莊，共 18 款酒。有不少值得留意的亮點。
    　　
    Champagne
    香檳區果然是香檳區，款款精妙。我特別喜歡 1 號在酵母與烤土司香氣後的花香與紅色漿果、3 號結合了蘋果等美味果味的礦石感、5 號立體而跳耀的紅葡萄（是100% Meunier 喔）、6 號的均衡可口。
    1. Charles Dufour Bistrotage B13 2013, Blanc de Noirs, 100% Pinot Noir
    2. Marie Courtin Resonance 2016, 100% Pinot Noir
    3. Marie Courtin Présence 2016, 70% Chardonnay 30% Pinot blanc
    4. Piollot Colas Robin 2014, 100% Pinot Blanc
    5. Piollot Mepetit 2016, 100% Meunier

    Domaine Josmeyer 自1999開始實施生物動力法，這次帶來三款酒：

    9. Josmeyer Chante Pinot pet nat NV, Gewurztraminer, Muscat, Pinot Blanc
    8 號是一款有厚度而收尾乾淨的美味 Riesling，而我喜歡 9 號 Chante Pinot pet nat 那股舒服的百草蜜。
    　　
    Condrieu Rhone
    來自隆河 Condrieu 的 Domaine Vernay 從前代莊主 Georges Vernay 開始就已經在 Viognier 白酒的釀造上享有盛名，而接班的 Christine Vernay 亦同樣在此發光發熱。本次酒款：
    10. Georges Vernay Terrasses de l'Empire 2018, Viognier
    11. Georges Vernay Vernom 2017, Viognier
    12. Georges Vernay Blonde du Seigneur 2017, 95% Syrah 5% Viognier
    10 號以豐富的油潤感撐起架構，裡頭帶著甜美與花香。11 號香氣奔放近乎香氛，花香濃郁，骨架纖細但不單薄，細緻而美味。12 號是標準的隆河紅白混調，花香、迷迭香，單寧柔順且仍感受得到 Viognier 的油潤。
    　　
    Loire
    Domaine des Roches Neuves 酒莊的葡萄園主要位在 Saumur 及 Saumur-Champigny。莊主在管理葡萄園方面下了許多功夫，也是生物動力法的實踐者。這次帶來三款都是 Cabernet Franc。
    13. des Roches Neuves Les Roches 2018, Cabernet Franc, 100%除梗
    14. des Roches Neuves outre terre 2018, Cabernet Franc, 陶甕酒, 12個月桶陳, 100%除梗
    15. des Roches Neuves franc de pied 2018, Cabernet Franc, 100%全梗
    13 號有青草與黑糖，單寧輕輕的小巧可愛。14 號在 800 升的陶甕浸漬 8 個月，並桶陳 12 個月。香氣對我來說有類似梅乾菜的發酵感，但官網的描述是花香。15號有微微的胡椒和舒服的架構，很美味。
    　　
    Bourgogne
    La Maison Romane 是布根地頗受矚目的新興酒莊。手工採摘、兩次選果、 100% 含梗，盡量使用重力而不是幫浦，並使用盡可能低劑量的硫。同樣也是生物動力派。

    17. Maison Romane Hautes Côtes de Nuits 2018
    18. Maison Romane Gevrey Chambertin 2018
    三款的香氣都有毛皮的質感貫穿，但在其背後，Hautes Côtes de Nuits 的花香與覆盆子、Gevrey Chambertin 的清新薄荷與花香都很迷人，飲來也細緻豐富而可口。才兩歲的 Gevrey Chambertin 其單寧是柔順路線，不似產區印象中那般強硬。是現在流行的方向嗎？

    Le nouveau bureau sera situé à Aix-en-Provence. Il n’est pas seulement prévu pour répondre aux nécessités de la collaboration entre les deux pays, mais aussi pour accueillir les touristes taiwanais en France, dont le nombre a progressé de 62% entre 2016 et 2019, et surtout les Français qui envisagent des vacances à Taiwan.

    C’est le troisième bureau à être mis en place outre-mer cette année, après notre bureau de représentation au Somaliland et la reconstitution de celui de Guam, aux États-Unis.

    As we continue to expand cooperation with #France in the #economic, #spaceflight, #biomedical and #tech sectors, in addition to the long-standing cooperation in the #arts, #culture and #education fields, we’re pleased to announce that we’re establishing an overseas office in #Provence in the south of #France.

    The new office will be in #AixEnProvence, which forms the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis along with France’s biggest port Marseille and is connected to the rest of France by its TGV high-speed rail network. The new office is expected to help expand economic and tech cooperation. Taiwanese visitors to France grew by 62% from 2016 to 2019 and French visitors to Taiwan grew by almost 30% over the same period.

    This will be the third overseas office to be established this year, following the opening of our representative office in #Somaliland and the re-establishment of our office in #Guam.
