#娘惹乌达乌达 (Nyonya otak otak)

材料：
- 鱼肉 500gm (切至粗粒狀)
-椰浆 300gm
-蛋2粒
-枫柑叶切丝8片
-山佬叶30至40片

✅香料(捣拌至细)
-小葱头150gm
- 蒜头40gm
-辣椒3条
-干辣椒 10gm
-南姜3cm
-黄姜2cm
-香茅2 支
-Belacan 粉烘过的一汤匙

✅把统统材料和调味料加拌搅均勻，将一半的山佬叶手撕加入拌搅，剩下的铺在盘上热水大火蒸大约4至5分钟即可.
