Osteogenetic : the ability to form new bone in a graft by transplanting viable
osteoblasts
Osteoconduction :the formation of new bone along a scaffold from the host's
osteocompetent cells.
Osteoinduction : the ability of the graft to stimulate differentiation of
mesenchymal cells into osteoblasts at the recipient site.

Autogeneic:grafts transferred from one position to another within the same
individual .
Allogeneic:grafts transferred between genetically dissimliar members of the
same species.
Xenogeneic: grafts taken from a donor of an other species.
Alloplastic: synthetic or inorganic implant materials which are used as
an subsitude for bone grafts.

優點
贯 Have all three bone regeneration properties (Osteogenic, Osteoinductive,
Osteoconductive)
贯 Histocompatability and disease transmission are eliminated.
缺點
贯 Limited supply
贯 Increased operation time
贯 Second surgical site
贯 Increased postsurgical morbidity

優點
贯 Osteoconductivity (some have osteoinductivity,例如:DFDBA)
贯 Good supply
贯 Eliminate harvesting morbidity
缺點
贯 Weakened as it remodels
贯 More expensive
贯 Risk of disease transmission(因為是別人的,可能會有疾病傳染的疑慮)

缺點
只有osteocondution的能力
