Vladimir Zaikovsky是俄羅斯武術西斯特瑪（Systema）莫斯科總部國際指導員，在這第三次來台舉辦Systema講習的主要課程之外，另外對「Acting in Systema」的學生開設了一堂特別講習。 「Acting in Systema」是由台灣的職業演員，也是俄羅斯武術西斯特瑪台北道場（Systema Taipei）在2018年取得資格的新科準指導員，黃健瑋，所開發以Systema的精神與訓練方式為依歸的表演課程。 「Acting in Systema」旨在幫助表演者/創作者找到乾淨的身體姿態與覺知的呼吸，讓能量與張力能自由的在身體內流動、累積，以及清理。進而，找到能清晰的控制思想/意念的大小、方向，和位置，甚至是形狀和樣貌的方式。
在Acting的主題之中，探索屬於Acting的多重意義，幫助我們，更瞭解自己，瞭解呼吸，以及身為人類的更多潛能。也歡迎所有有興趣，但沒有上過「Acting in Systema」的朋友參加。
此Extra lesson 是由SYSTEMA Taipai 主辦並「Acting in Systema」協辦。課程以英文教授，另有現場中文翻譯。
Valdimir Zaikovsky is the international instructor at the Systema Moscow headquarters. In addition to the main course of the Systema seminar that hold in Taipei for the third time, for the students of Acting in Systema (of course also welcome all friends who are interested in but not in Acting in Systema) A special class was opened.
Acting in Systema was developed by Huang Jianwei,a professional actor from Taiwan and a new instructor at Systema Taipei in 2018. A performance course based on the spirit and training of Systema.
Acting in Systema is designed to help performers/creators find a clean body posture and awareness of breathing, allowing energy and tension to flow, accumulate, and even clean up freely within the body. Furthermore, find ways to clearly control the size, direction, and position of ideas/thoughts, even shapes and appearances.
Among Acting's themes, exploring the multiple meanings of Acting helps us to understand ourselves, to understand breathing, and to be more potential for humanity.
This extra lesson is organized by SYSTEMA Taipei and Co-organized by Acting in Systema. The course will be taught in English and there is an on-site Chinese translation.

1【不要翻譯你的中文履歷 】
千萬不要「翻譯」你的中文履歷，
否則會出現很多中式英語，
而且行銷跟包裝自己的方式，
也會跟英文世界的風格太不相同。
那應該怎麼做呢？
你應該廣讀英文履歷模板，瞭解大概的模式之後，
再思考怎麼把自己的職涯成就放進去。
即使你覺得自己英文不好，
我都建議用你熟悉的簡單英文句構，
用英文直接寫成，絕對比中式英文來得好懂。
而如果要追求更好的品質，
可以再雇用專業的老師，修改上述這份稿子。

2【多用動詞開頭並省略 I】
英文履歷中，描述職涯成就時，
可以省略主詞，直接用動詞開頭。
也就是說，把 “I” 省略掉，變得更簡潔，
反正履歷裡的成就，當然是「我」的啊，
我還沒事幫鄰居推廣他的成就勒～
快速上例子給你看喔：
應徵美國的 podcast 製作公司，
想強調自己在台灣好棒棒的成績：
（X）I produced a popular podcast show.
（O）Produced a popular podcast show which has been ranked among Top 10 in Apple Podcasts for more than 1 year.
應徵倫敦的藝術策展公司，
想強調自己在台灣幫很多獲獎藝術家策展：
(X) I organized many art exhibitions.
(O) Organized 100+ exhibitions for award-winning artists in Taiwan.
應徵瑞典的音樂串流產業，
想強調自己在台灣為公司帶來的流量：
(X) I successfully increased music downloads.
(O) Increased music downloads by 350% in 8 months.
看了這些例子，你應該也注意到了喔，
動詞一律用過去簡單式，畢竟履歷裡寫的都是當年勇 🚬
除非你在描述的那一點，是正在進行的事，
才改用現在簡單式的動詞
而從前面的例子，也可以看出，
多用數字，你的成就才會顯得具體而亮眼。

3【increase by vs. increase to】
履歷中，用數字表達（吹牛）自己的表現時，
難免會用到百分比（%）。
而講到 %，
你知道 increase by ___ % 跟 increase to ____ %
有什麼差別嗎？
簡單來說，by 是增加的幅度，to 是增加後的總和。
例如，剛剛的音樂串流例子，
increase by 350% 是增加了 350%，
所以增加後的總和，就是 450%
Increase to 350%。
也就是：
Increased music downloads by 350% in 8 months.
Increased music downloads to 450% in 8 months.
天啊算數學，我頭好暈，再一組例子就好：
你想去日本的零食代理商應徵，
於是分享你在台灣銷售的佳績，
就可以這樣說：
Increased sales number by 50% in 3 months.
三個月內，銷售額增長 50%
Increased sales number to 150% in 3 months.
三個月內，銷售額成長到 150%
兩句話，說得是同一件事～

Marriage Story（婚姻故事）Nicole 獨白的部分。
因為已經看完電影，所以當再次很深度的看 Nicole 這段獨白時，
更能感受他們在這段感情中，是從哪個細微末節中開始產生不愉快和矛盾的。
編劇真的好厲害，邊聽打時，邊感受出這段台詞和影像互相產生的節奏性。
沒想到單純練個英文，意外發現這麼多電影有趣的地方！

分享 Nicole 的獨白中，我覺得滿值得學的地方
單字的部分，當然就是對 undaunted 這個字很深層的體會，
看完電影後，再把Charlie的個性、形象和 undaunted 連起來，很具體吧！
Undaunted 頑強的，不屈不撓的
- He never lets other people’s opinions or any setbacks keep him from what he wants to do.
(嗯，這點我很有感，我也有個這樣的老公…)
Charlie eats like he’s trying to get it over with.
（Charlie 每次吃東西的時候都草草了事想要趕快吃完。）
To get sth over with 可以先觀察這兩句
I’m not looking forward to this stupid blind date. My mother told me to do it. I just want to get it over with.（我不期待這次的相親，我媽叫我要去的，我只是想要趕快去一去敷衍了事。）
I know you don’t want to clean the house, but the sooner you get it over with, the sooner you can go back to your Switch.（我知道你不想要整家裡，但你越快把事情做一做，你就越快可以回去玩你的Switch。）
所以可以感受到，就是一件你不是很想做的事，想要趕快做完交差這種感覺。
Charlie takes all my moods steadily, he doesn’t give in to them or make me feel bad about them.（Charlie坦然接受我的各種情緒，不會跟著我失控，也不會讓我難為情。）
這句話講得真好！大家是不是都應該來學學這點，有助於長久關係喔～
這句英文要我來講我也許會講得亂七八糟什麼lose control/composure都出來，原來”give in to my moods”就好！
He moved to New York from Indiana with no safety net, and now he’s more New Yorker than any New Yorker. （他毅然決然從印第安納州搬到紐約，現在成了道地的紐約客。）
with no safety net這句一開始我以為是類似「在沒有任何人的幫助、在當地也不認識任何人的情況下」的這種「安全網」，不過翻譯翻得更好，就是不顧任何不方便還是毅然決然搬來。

Charlie is undaunted. He never lets other people’s opinions or any setbacks keep him from what he wants to do.
Charlie eats like he’s trying to get it over with and like there won’t be enough food for everyone. A sandwich is to be strangled while devoured. But he’s incredibly neat, and I rely on him to keep things in order.
He’s energy-conscious.
He doesn’t look in the mirror too often.
He cries easily in movies.
He’s very self-sufficient, he can darn a sock, cook himself dinner, and iron a shirt.
He rarely gets defeated, which…I feel like I always do.
Charlie takes all my moods steadily, he doesn’t give in to them or make me feel bad about them.
He’s a great dresser. He never looks embarrassing, which is hard for a man.
He’s very competitive.
He loves being a dad. He loves all the things he’s supposed to hate, like the tantrums, the waking up at night. It’s almost annoying how much he likes it, but…then, it’s mostly nice.
He disappears into his own world. He and Henry are alike in that way.
He can tell people when they have food in their teeth or on their face in a way that doesn’t make them feel bad.
Charlie is self-made. His parents…I only met them once, but he told me there was a lot of alcohol and some violence in his childhood.
He moved to New York from Indiana with no safety net, and now he’s more New Yorker than any New Yorker.
He’s brilliant at creating a family out of whoever is around.
With the theater company, he cast a spell that made everyone feel included. No one, not even an intern was unimportant.
He can remember all the inside jokes.
He’s extremely organized and thorough. He’s very clear about what he wants, unlike me, who can’t always tell.
