出發到日本北海道集訓三星期
今次仲有 @natasha_wong 同我一齊🥰
原定去呈貢基地，可惜已滿額冇位訓
雖然環境應該係日本好d，不過價錢相對貴一倍
感謝善行工作坊 Charles 提供大部分資助!
但為咗慳錢我哋凌晨機先出發到東京，
再轉機去札幌，然後搭多兩個鐘車先到。

第一次踢拖上機，除咗怕腳腫唔舒服，
就係因為隊友 Angel Au 推介呢對 Oofos 俾我🥰
高足回彈設計目的係舒緩 hardwork 後疲勞。
雖然搭飛機只係坐喺度，不過搭完又會好攰，
要好好走走回復一下。

仲有學員嘅美食餞行，可以話香港地道特產🥰

仲仲有班機由 01:35 delay 到 02:25，教完班仲可以返屋企同BB玩一陣放埋狗先走🥰
