《珍惜每一個平安的日子，昔日風華》Those Were The Days 俄文原版

*1968年膾炙人口的《Those Were the Days》，原本是一首俄羅斯歌曲《路漫漫》(Дорогой длинною)，它的曲風浪漫，創作於二十世紀二十年代初，作曲者是Boris Fomin(鮑里斯·福明)，填詞者是詩人 Konstantin Podrevskii(康斯坦丁·波德列夫斯基)，歌曲描述了懷有浪漫理想主義的年輕人對往事的回憶。

1929年列寧格勒舉行的全俄音樂界代表大會上，由於「浪漫曲」被批判為是「反革命的樣式」，《路漫漫》遂從此被打入冷宮。

之後，此曲流傳到國外，被一位英國詩人Gene Raskin填上英文歌詞，並正式取名《Those Were the Days》。

1968年，它續經民謠歌手Mary Hopkin錄唱，榮登上了英國熱門排行榜的冠軍。

當年我爸媽離婚時，我非常不能理解他們
因為一直以來他們就是我生活中的榜樣，就跟歌詞中提到的想法一樣
I thought they were heroes
所以當他們離婚時，我曾經一度很恨我爸
直到長大了之後，會自己判斷時才選擇了原諒跟釋懷
雖然我跟我爸的關係修復了
但在我童年中的回憶
我媽媽母兼父職才是真正的hero
而且別看她小小隻的看似溫柔，為了保護我們可是會六親不認的跟你拼了😤
最佩服的是她從原本是一位看到老鼠會跳到沙發上的人，到現在家裡的什麼東西壞了都可以修好
完全難不倒她
從她身上我學到，原來會做某件事是因為練習和學習，而不是因為是男生女生的問題
也因為這樣所以我也成為一位很好奇又好學的人
雖然小時候一直跟自己說千萬別像她一樣的個性...但好像這是無法避免的？！

趙介亭-綠豆爸：靈魂急轉彎#1-你在尋找海洋嗎？

皮克斯的《靈魂急轉彎》真的太值得深聊了，我也在可能幸福學院成立了「聊電影社團」來討論，第一個話題就從「魚的故事」開始吧！

以下包含暴雷內容，如果還沒看過電影的朋友，建議看過電影後再來閱讀。

暴雷開始囉！

在主角喬歷經波折，終於順利登上爵士樂的舞台，進行了一場精彩的演出之後，在酒吧門口卻悵然若失，樂團首席桃樂絲對喬說了這個「魚的故事」。

我聽過一個關於魚的故事。
I heard this story about a fish.

一隻小魚遊到老魚旁邊說：
He swims up to this older fish and says,
「我要找到他們說的『海洋』。」
“I’m trying to find this thing they call the ocean.”

「海洋？」老魚說。
“The ocean?” says the older fish.
「你就正在其中呀！」
“That’s what you’re in right now.”

「正在其中？」小魚說，「這是水！」
“This?” says the young fish. “This is water.”
「我要的是海洋！」
“What I want is the ocean.”

在電影院裡，其實當下的我並沒有理解為什麼她要說這則故事（因為電影的資訊量太大了）。

離開電影院時，這段故事縈繞在我的腦中，我持續思索著：

「如果我是那隻小魚，我會不會也在找『海洋』呢？我想要找到的海洋是什麼呢？會不會我已經身在其中卻不自覺呢？」

我直覺地聯想到了「幸福」，去年我成立了可能幸福學院，帶領著一群父母夥伴一起學習幸福，究竟是在學習尋找幸福？還是學習感受身在幸福的時刻呢？

於是我想到孫燕姿《我要的幸福》這首歌：

夢想　理想　幻想　狂想　妄想
我只想堅持每一步　該走的方向
就算一路上　偶而會沮喪
生活是自己　選擇的衣裳
幸福　我要的幸福　沒有束縛
幸福　我要的幸福　在不遠處

歌詞裡的「幸福 我要的幸福 在不遠處」，是不是就像小魚一樣，認為自己還沒有找到。

老魚或許會說：「你已經身在幸福之中了。」

「是嗎？我已經在幸福之中了嗎？」不少父母會疑惑的問我，然後和我分享生活中各種「不幸福」的時刻⋯⋯

孩子不吃飯、不喝水、不穿外套、不起床、不睡覺、不洗澡、不刷牙、不想上學、不想放學、玩具不收、衣服不收、襪子亂丟、書包亂丟、健保卡亂丟、功課不寫、家事不做、碗筷不洗、手足吵架、手足打架、親子吵架、親子打架、一直滑手機、一直看漫畫、一直看小說、耍廢、擺爛、罵髒話、不說話、叛逆、頂嘴、談戀愛、離家出走⋯⋯

「這還只是親子的不幸福時刻，我還沒說跟老公／老婆／公婆的不幸福時刻呢！還沒講我在工作上不爽的事呢！」父母向我吐苦水。

於是我又聯想到了日本阿德勒書系《被討厭的勇氣》作者岸見一郎在書中的故事：

隔壁學校的焚化爐裡發現了一具孩子的屍體，岸見一郎受校長所託，一一打電話給家長，詢問孩子是否平安回到家？
—

岸見一郎在《不教養的勇氣》一書中寫到：

「這天應該有很多家長都在想，即使孩子壞習慣一大堆，不寫作業、不想上學、不愛刷牙，但這些真的一點都不重要，只要孩子好好活著，就值得父母謝天謝地了。」

多數的父母在孩子呱呱墜地的那一刻，不都覺得孩子「健康快樂」就是最大的幸福了嗎？又是從何時開始，我們不再將孩子「健康快樂」的活著視為幸福了呢？

換個角度來看夫妻關係，我們還記得最初見到對方那股怦然心動的感覺嗎？又是從何時開始，我們對身旁這位「最熟悉的陌生人」不再感到幸福了呢？

我們要如何不再盲目地追求「海洋」，而忽略了自己早已身處在其中呢？

學會「行動模式 Doing Mode」和「同在模式 Being Mode」的切換，是很重要的關鍵，也是《靈魂急轉彎》裡，喬在回到家後，坐在鋼琴前，將樂譜換成口袋裡看似雜物的那一段（也是讓我飆淚的那一段），而這就留待下一個話題來討論囉！

嗨大家，Million Reasons是Lady Gaga 2016年的作品，收錄在專輯《Joanne》中，歌詞乍看是情歌，但其實適用於每一個迷茫而面臨抉擇的人生關頭，在情歌的包裝下有著更深層的意涵，也是Lady Gaga當年沈寂一段時間後復出的主打之一。在事業巔峰後要繼續她的霸業讓Gaga感到疲倦，但要放棄卻又捨不得，因此才會有「有百萬個理由要我放手，但只要有一個堅持的契機我就留下」這樣的歌詞，所以既可以單純看作是情歌，也能把這首歌視為與自我對話，提醒自己不忘初心，在Millions Reasons的MV中也能看出這樣的意象。
