    幾十年前教科書寫嘅，
    未必同家陣嘅現實生活接軌。
    一圖睇哂成日睇完都分唔清嘅食物詞彙，
    以後食咗都知係咩嚟！

    #ソーセージ vs #ウインナー
    so-se-ji vs uinna-
    都係香腸，「Sausage」係免治肉加香料，「Weiner」腸衣係羊腸。

    #パフェ vs #サンデー
    pafe vs sande-
    「芭菲」用長杯子，「新地」就只用矮杯仔。

    #おかき vs #あられ
    okaki vs arare
    大塊嘅「炸米餅」同駛細粒嘅「脆米粒」

    #卵 vs #玉子
    tamago vs tamago
    都係蛋，一個係生物學角度嘅「卵」，一個係作爲食材嘅「玉子」。

    wagyu vs kokusangyu
    只有黑毛種、褐毛和種、無角和種同日本短角種先可以叫「和牛」，「國產牛」就係其他品種嘅日本牛肉。

    今日は、切り餅で超簡単にできる『手作りおかき』を作りました！電子レンジで簡単にできるので、これは本当にラクチン！
    しかもラクな上にノンオイルでヘルシーなのもめっちゃ嬉しいポイント♪
    切り餅１個でレンジで即作れて、手が止まらなくなる美味しいおかきが出来上がるので、ぜひぜひお試しください。

    〈材料〉一人分
    切り餅 1個
    砂糖 小さじ1
    醤油 小さじ1
    塩 少々

    My top 5 Japanese snacks which I chose in convenience store(711, Lawson, Familymart). Kappa Ebisen is shrimp flavored chips. Pringles sour cream & onion. It's not Japan original but I like it. Jagarico cheese. Jagarico is like a French fries, but the texture is crunchy. There are many kinds of flavor like salad, tarako cod roe butter and so on, but I like the cheese best. Cheese Okaki is soy sauce rice cracker. I like the combination of cheese and rice cracker. Porippy is crispy salty peanuts snack. I like the texture and sweet-salty flavor. Which do you want to eat?

    Crispy and Tasty Senbei (rice crackers) in 5 minutes 👍

    I used to make this when I was small 😋🍘

    You can add the seasonings of your choice and arrange it in the way you like!!!

    5 MIN Homemade Senbei Rice Crackers (Microwave Japanese Snack Recipe)

    Difficulty: Very Easy
    Time: 5min
    Number of servings: 6 pieces

    Ingredients:
    60g (2.1oz) rice
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. black sesame seeds *optional

    Directions:
    1. Season the rice with soy sauce and sesame seeds, mix very well.
    2. Divide it into 6 pieces, then form them into balls using plastic wrap.
    3. Place the rice balls in between parchment papers and flatten with your hands.
    4. Place the flattened rice on the parchment paper uncovered on a microwavable plate, then microwave on medium (600w) for 2.5min. Flip them over then microwave on medium (600w) for another 2~2.5min. If you think the rice crackers are not cooked enough, you can microwave 30sec more. Be careful not to bur them. When the surface turns brown inside may be black :(
    5. Leave to cool, then the rice crackers will become crisp.
