本來都不信燕麥到底飽足感多高
後來才發現秘訣是燕麥量要夠
我是都加70g
然後一定要加蛋白粉
我是還會加可以幫助穩定血糖...

這禮拜在測TDEE吃超滿足😈
早晚安排燕麥後
愛上這碗超好吃燕麥粥💘
本來都不信燕麥到底飽足感多高
後來才發現秘訣是燕麥量要夠
我是都加70g
然後一定要加蛋白粉
我是還會加可以幫助穩定血糖的肉桂粉
但我知道很多人不喜歡肉桂粉😝
所以食譜我拿掉了
但是喜歡肉桂粉的可以加喔
然後海鹽是秘訣!👌🏼
甜食裡面加一點海鹽都可以讓味道更有層次
我是螞蟻
因為不想增加多餘熱量
所以都會加甜菊代糖💛
我選用的是法國香草風味
這碗高纖飽足
我吃完都不會想亂吃東西
而且每天都排便順暢哈哈哈

【準備食材】
🔸️70G老式燕麥(購自:https://iherb.co/3sAquHdd)
🔸️法國香草風味甜菊代糖(購自:https://iherb.co/3iZAP8nk)
🔸️無糖可可粉10g(購自家樂福)
🔸️綜合莓果(我是買COSTCO的)
🔸️粉紅海鹽(購自:https://iherb.co/5pSXGN9)
🔸️ALLMAX巧克力餅乾高蛋白粉20g

【雀兒每天的蛋白質燕麥粥做法】
1、燒開熱水
2.碗中放入70g燕麥片,倒入熱開水,靜置10分鐘讓他泡開泡軟
3.加入20g高蛋白粉.可可粉.適量海鹽.滴幾滴法國香草風味0卡甜菊代糖漿
4.攪拌均勻後放上新鮮莓果後即可開動享用美味燕麥粥!
