嗨！大家早安，又是新的禮拜一呢！

現在是07:23，剛剛品嚐完美味的摩斯早餐，高鐵正開往著台中 … …
然而，好景不常，我只好加快寫作速度，因為不知何時電腦會不爭氣的先休眠去呢…..

雖然才起床兩個小時多一些，但就發生了幾件小小遺憾的事情。

1.早上才發現電腦忘記充電…（現在只剩51%希望能讓我撐個好幾個小時！）

2.在公車上才發現忘記帶apple watch充電線，但應該借不到….不知道只剩55%還能撐多久？

3.本來想吃蕃茄吉士蛋堡，後來只能點火腿歐姆蛋堡（但是還好有咖啡…才能喚起我一天的朝氣！）

雖然只是一天中的生活小事，卻足以影響一天心情的好壞哈！

窗外的景色，漸漸明亮了起來，也讓我不由自主地觀察其他坐在車廂的人們。

目測大約80％的旅客，都使用著電子產品，但沒法兒觀察他們瀏覽的是哪種類型的網頁。近期執行過「數位斷捨離」的我，其實也明白著限制自己使用社群媒體、電子產品的難處，因爲APP顯示的通知紅點，就像吃角子老虎機一樣，顯露些誘惑，人們常因非經常性的刺激，引起了點擊社群媒體的慾望，也讓發開APP的大公司們能夠從中獲利，或是推送更客製化的廣告，延長了用戶停留在社群媒體的時間。

雖說，看起來時間是漸漸增長的，但在一開始執行時（十月初）的螢幕使用時間卻高達6h，與現在相比已是減少許多。

對我來說，近期會增加的原因，也許是因為當心情煩燥時，就會不由自主的點開鎖屏，開始瀏覽社群媒體，insta看完，換FB，再開郵箱看一下，再來是….slack，…. 甚至再看一下有沒有人傳簡訊給我。

（完全不要學我呀哈！就是個不良示範哈！）

說到這邊，也與大家分享，最近把自己的notion page 重新優化了一番，看起來少了紊亂，多了點層次感，之後也想整理好模板，分享給大家。

The downpours, pelting over Kowloon as though they were bullets from above, had finally subsided. For Liverpool, however, this was the inception of the storm.
嚟香港踢波先落狗屎，唔同連個天都唔鍾意我。但原來對利物浦嚟講，果日只係惡夢嘅開始。

Before the sun could fully crack through the scattered clouds that Friday morning in Hong Kong last July 21st, Jurgen Klopp’s phone screen was crowded with notifications from sporting director, Michael Edwards, and Fenway Sports Group president, Mike Gordon.

It is Saturday, January 6 2018, where a long-scheduled New Year’s celebration for Liverpool’s staff at the Klopp residence has coincided with the £142m sale of Coutinho to Barcelona.

上個星期課程結束後有學員問起課程中柔軟操的動作，剛好主辦單位RQ拍下來放在網路上。

這些動作並非出自我原創，而是跟尼可拉斯．羅曼諾夫博士(Pose Method®的創辦人)學來的，他說他帶奧運選手時也要求他們每天做。

他在《羅曼諾夫的姿勢跑法》一書中有提到，優秀的柔軟度包含三大要素，分別是關節的可活動度、韌帶與肌腱的伸縮能力、肌肉的放鬆程度
，其中最重要的是「關節的可活動度」。下面把《羅曼諾夫的姿勢跑法》與《跑步該怎麼跑》兩本書中的幾段關於柔軟度的譯文截錄出來分享：

傳統會認為肌肉可以被伸展和拉長，但從解剖學教科書中我們可以得知：肌肉的長度是固定的，而且肌肉的長度是由與其相搭配的骨頭與關節的尺寸來決定。

「柔軟度」一字的英文是：flexability，可被拆成「flex」（彎曲）與「ability」（能力）兩個字根。因此柔軟度一詞代表的就是「關節自由彎曲的能力」。

柔軟度跟肌肉的放鬆程度有密切的關係，愈放鬆的肌肉關節彎曲的幅度也能愈大。從這個角度來看，吸引我的不是肌肉，而是關節。肌肉只是支撐在關節上並賦予它活動的能力，如果關節活動度不夠的話，肌肉力量再大，運動表現都會受到限制。因此在進行這類活動度的訓練時，你的心態需要調整，本章的動作有別於一般傳統的伸展運動，你無須用力把肌肉拉到緊繃，短暫輕柔的伸展也能達到放鬆肌肉與釋放壓力的效果，也就是說伸展無法使肌肉本身變得更長，但卻可以使它變得更靈敏與更放鬆。本章的動作主要是藉由釋放關節的活動潛能，來改善你身體的功能性與活動度，使它具有更大的可動範圍。這跟單純的伸展肌肉是兩回事。

原文：The dynamic movements you are about to learn are a little different from the conventional stretching methods you were taught in high school— methods based on the antiquated notion that muscles can be stretched and lengthened. From anatomy textbooks it is well-known that a muscle’s length is fixed and determined by the size of the supporting bones and joints. Flexibility, by the meaning of the two

words—“flex” and “ability”—is the ability to freely move the joints. The key to flexibility, as it relates to muscles, is their ability to relax, allowing your joints to move. In this respect, I am appealing not to muscles, but to joints. The muscles support and empower joint movement. This type of mobility work requires a different mind-set than traditional stretching. Gentle stretching with short holds can also relax the muscle involved, releasing tension, which in turn makes the muscle not longer, per se, but more responsive. By freeing up the movement potential of your joints, you will improve your functional mobility, allowing you to move through larger ranges of motion. This has nothing to do with stretching your muscles.

首先你係航班未着陸東京之前，了解吓東京海關入境同離境嘅規例

點樣填寫海關申報表都一目了然

去到成田機場，建議你買一個Tokyo shuttle+Tokyo Subway Ticket嘅套票

即使有同類型嘅套票，但係我呢種方法係最便宜嘅

建議大家買一張三日卷，

由於Tokyo Subway Ticket係由你第一次用呢張套票

去到廿四小時嘅另一日為之用咗24小時嘅票卷

所以無論你幾夜到機場都可以唔浪費

如果你係買三日券, 即係話你第一次用㗎時候係今晚七點,

咁你就加返72小時之後為之用完三日券

而且小童係可以半價優惠,

呢種方法係最便宜嘅，詳情請參考呢一個影片

Tokyo Shuttle 係會由成田機場大約1小時十五分鐘左右去到市中心東京車站

我亦有拍過機場出市區最快嘅交通手法

Skyliner 雖然係聲稱最快去市區嘅交通工具

但係價錢會貴啲，而時間唔係差最平嘅好遠

假使你係着陸東京羽田機場，我嘅影片亦都有介紹邊種交通最抵最方便

呢條影片係較為著重教大家點樣去搭地鐵唔迷路

由於你係買咗地鐵套票, 落到去東京車站

為咗令到大家唔會迷路, 我喺google map度

寫埋地鐵嘅英文字母, 加數字再加漢字嘅站名, 講埋該條地鐵線嘅顏色

咁你就冇咁容易迷路啦, 由於我建議大家整個行程好好利用呢一張地鐵飛

呢張飛可以搭地鐵, 同埋都營地鐵, 由於藍色嘅地鐵站都可以去到我所講嘅地方

所以三日嘅一張飛, 坐地鐵就得啦, 免得大家容易迷路

所以頭三日, 大家所用嘅交通全部只有地鐵一種

認住地鐵嘅logo, 無論你喺站出面, 或者站裏面

都有可能有好多唔同嘅交通公司, 如果你唔認住呢個logo

就好容易會搭錯車喇, 所以記得淺藍色M字呢個logo先至好搭車呀

東京地鐵車站, 係M17紅色線, 大家明白咗之後我哋就喺呢度行下街先啦

東京車站亦都係非常之大嘅轉運車站,

為咗避免大家嚟緊呢幾日, 費事特登要搭車過嚟遊覽

所以喺你由機場出市區, 落到嚟東京車站

順便就行一行啦, 東京車站裏面值得閒嘅就有東京車站一番街

呢度有好多免稅嘅物品, 就算啱啱落機唔係一定要開始買買買

大家見識下日本好多專門店嘅貨品都可以喺度搵到

糖果樂園Tokyo Okasho Land 就有好多零食手信買返香港

由影片睇到, 呢度好多零食都係限量發售, 而且包裝非常大, 仲好平添

如果你有少少肚餓, 就可以嚟到東京站拉麵一條街

呢度嘅拉麵都係全日本數一數二嘅, 繁忙時間仲要排長龍添

當你喺度shopping完, 又食完嘢啦, 都係時候返去酒店check in 啦

如果你係第一次嚟東京, 我建議你住喺新宿

因為呢度有張圖, 畀你睇下新宿平價酒店嘅分佈

新宿嘅交通十分之方便, 只要你由東京地鐵車站M17紅色線

唔使轉車, 就可以喺新宿站地鐵M08紅色線落車

只要你照住我呢種方法搭車, 認住地鐵淺藍色M字嘅logo

搵啱站名, 咁就唔會迷路啦! 你去到新宿嘅時候, 喺酒店check in完放低行李

新宿其實係東京嘅不夜天, 亦係紅燈區

講到shopping, 我介紹過新宿嘅Tokyu Hands

裏面有設計新穎而實用嘅一站式生活設計物品

亦有非常之多嘅便利店, Familymart 係其中一個選擇

開24小時嘅驚安之殿堂都唔止一間

新宿西武裏面亦都有Cando一間百元商店, 比其他分店更加大同多選擇嘅

食方面, 就有呢個思出橫丁, 成條街都係居酒屋或者串燒

非常之有地道風味, 想食平嘅亦都有100 yen嘅迴轉壽司

未夠飽再嚟個博多風龍拉麵, 食完再行埋歌舞伎町

歌舞伎町係東京最大嘅紅燈區, 我勸你都係呢打卡好啦

因為其實呢度亦都有好多呃遊客嘅騙案手法

唔好以為日本人就唔會呃遊客呀, 手法都係萬變不離其宗

譬如話叫你入去睇AV show, 又或者邊度有囡囡幫你沖涼

入到去原來係要擺按金, 拉客嗰啲人, 起初會同你講好平好平

當你上當之後, 出返嚟分分鐘要畀6、7萬yen, 即係四五千蚊港紙

第一日嘅行程係咁上下啦

第二日, 你就可以搭地鐵H10灰色線去到築地場外市場

好多人以為整個築地搬了去豐洲市場, 其實只是拍賣魚的場內市場搬了

築地場外市場仍然有好多掃街美食, 相當有氣氛, 相等於大阪的黑門市場

這裏都可以行到兩個小時, 然後你可以沿住同一條地鐵路線

搭車地鐵秋葉原站H15灰色線, 這裏是宅男天堂, 亦有好多電子產品

掃街的選擇有丸十精肉店, 很便宜就可以吃到一串串的黑毛和牛

如果真的想飽肚的話，可以試這間吉豚屋炸豬扒店, 價錢非常平,而且好食

沿路你會見到好多穿Loretta服裝的少女, 會招攬你上去Maid Cafe

秋葉原可以逗留到個半小時, 行完秋葉原可以乘坐上野地鐵站H17灰色線

秋葉原去上野不需要轉車, 但是上野除了是灰色線之外

同時亦是橙色線G16一站, 一陣會去淺草站G19

來到上野, 當然要去阿美橫町參觀一下啦,

阿美橫町隔離就是上野中通商店街, 兩條街是並肩的

又是吃些好地道、好便宜的餐廳、手信、水果、妝藥

這裏附近亦有一間ABAB百貨公司, 地下就有一間好便宜的超市

在離開上野之前, 可以在地鐵站上蓋有0101丸井百貨

裏面有間Loft 有好多時尚實用的妝藥、文具、生活百貨

遊覽上野可以花兩個小時, 然後就可以落去搭地鐵

上野同時也是橙色線G16, 就可以搭到去淺草地鐵站G19

來到淺草, 一定要去雷門打卡, 隨即行仲見世商店街

雷門對面有一間地道的超市叫Ozeki,

超市買東西一定會平過你在便利店啦, 朝住這個方向

可以到新仲見世商店街, 另外淺草公園本通商店街

這裏整條街好像香港的茶餐廳, 非常熱鬧, 好有氣氛

行遠些少就會見到三平超市, 更加便宜

淺草亦是第二個我推薦大家住酒店的地區

Aeon My Basket 亦有Lawson百元商店在附近

就有好多旺中帶靜的平價酒店, 交通都不錯呀

在淺草可以行到兩三個小時, 然後大家可以由淺草站

乘坐東武晴空塔線, 一個站大約兩分鐘就到東京晴空塔

大家都有聽過東京鐵塔, 由於晴空塔比較方便更近淺草

所以我是這樣設計的, 第二日的行程是否好豐富呢

第三日, 我來玩時尚, 來到表參道站, 地鐵C04綠色線

這裏屬於原宿區, 就是全個東京最潮的地區

表參道, 就好像巴黎的香榭麗舍大道, 雖然全街都是賣名牌

但是建築物非常之華麗美觀, 如果到聖誕節時節

兩旁的樹, 點了聖誕燈飾, 非常之romantic呀

原宿有一條好出名的貓街, 入邊專賣一些好有個性的日本品牌

一個字”型”, 行完這裏, 其實你可以行路去竹下通

如果地鐵站就是明治神宮前地鐵站C03, 都是綠色線

竹下通是最多年青人聚集的地方, 這條街嘅的牌子比較young

當然價錢亦是年青人負擔得起的, 如果你遇上星期日來原宿

你就會見到周圍都是著住cosplay的人, 不一定是年輕人

你們有否聽過什麼叫原宿風呀, 就是日本東京的街頭潮流文化

潮人著衫好有個性, 跟你平日見到好正經的東京人好大分別

簡直是大解放呀, 原宿都可以逗留到兩至三個小時

原本原宿是可以搭地鐵去池袋, 但是地鐵轉車就轉到你頭都暈

所以我建議大家在這裏原宿的JR站, 搭去池袋JR站會簡單好多

而且三日券在這個時候都可能差不多用完了

去到池袋東出口, 一出去你就見到對面有間好大的驚安之殿堂

樓下就有一間我曾經試過好抵食的立食壽司店

如果還飽的話, 就可以在東出口不需要過馬路, 左手面直行五分鐘就到無印良品

無印良品樓下有間大書店, 可以給大家買下日本雜誌和贈品

行完書店再左手面直行大約五分鐘, 就去到無敵家拉麵店

無敵家對面有兩間便利店, FamilyMart和7-eleven

再行遠些少, 你就會見到通往太陽城的大街

裏面有另一間Tokyu Hands, 我上次就去了買廚具

在隔離大廈, 就有小朋友一家大細情侶適合的Sky Circus Sunshine 60

玩完之後, 就可以過少少去到Seria 100yen 店,

買完家品再可以落去隔離開24小時的西友超市

當中有好多pack好了的熟食和壽司, 如果過了夜晚七點, 更加便宜

預早買明天的早餐啦, 第四日的行程

由於三日券已經用完了, 所以大家可以買張單程票

去到有樂町地鐵站Y18黃色線, 再到豐洲站Y22都是黃色線

去到這裏, 你需要上一層, 轉車搭百合海鷗線

去到市場前站落車, 你到豐洲市場, 如果你是第一次去東京的話

我認為你不防兩個魚市場都去看看啦, 如果一定要二揀一

我自己個人較喜歡築地那種地道風味, 多過豐洲市場，

行完豐洲市場, 你可以再繼續搭百合海鷗線去到台場站

台場站嘅對面就是有一間shopping mall叫Aqua City

一邊就有一間築地食堂, 在東京有好多間分店

食物新鮮抵食, 食完可以繼續去Air Big Camer

在這裏買完東西, 可以叫職員送到機場等你離境的時候拿

當然有免稅啦, Aqua City 旁邊那座大廈就是Decks商場

裏面有一間台場一丁目商店街, 很有昭和時代的風味

非常懷舊, 行完Decks, 過對面馬路, 行遠些少就有一個巨型高達機械人

再隔離就是Venus Fort Outlet購物中心, 維納斯城堡,

裏面有一間FrancFranc 的outlet, 可以買到好多平價的家品

如果女士在這裏shopping, 男士和小朋友

就可以過隔離Megaweb Toyata 參觀車和玩遊戲

shopping完, 就有一個青海站出豐洲站,

再出有樂町站，可以到天橋底食平價串燒和居酒屋

第五日, 早些少出機場啦,

因為離開成田機場15分鐘的車程, 就有一個酒酒井premium Outlets

開早上十點至晚上八點, 當然要視乎你離境的時間喇

如果你在下午機或晚上離境, 當然就可以來朝聖啦!
