好多人以為溝通一定係Verbal ,語言文字係可以表達到好多野，但有更多東西係verbal 表達不到，要靠non verbal .

香港大部份嘅藝術家都係Kurt 嘅學生，但我遲入學，冇機會上佢堂。所以我所有對藝術上嘅問題，今次一次過問：畫家同藝術家嘅分別丶藝術上中西文化嘅分別丶verbal 同non-verbal嘅理解。

The word “Yoga” in Sanskrit means union. This is what we are trying to achieve with partner yoga, a sense of uniting two people. It is a great way to build connection in your relationships as the poses are meant to cultivate trust since you are relying on each other which will heighten your support for each other.

Benefits of partner yoga:
* More Fun! Exercising is always more enjoyable with a buddy. You can both try out challenging poses and encourage each other to reach your limits.
* Deepens connection. Both you and your partner will connect both physically and emotionally as you are trying to master the postures which enhances the closeness and connection in a special way.
* Enhances communication. In order to stay in the pose and not fall on our bum, we will need to tune in to our partner’s verbal and non verbal cues.
* Helps with stretching. We may use our own body weight to help each other deepen our stretches.
* Posture, alignment, and balance. Your partner will act like a mirror version of yourself. How about that? It is as if you have your own personal yoga teacher!

感覺。這是加深你們彼此間聯繫的好方法，因為瑜伽姿勢是為了培養信任，因為你們需要互
相依賴，這將增加你們對彼此的支持。

雙人瑜伽的好處：
• 更有趣！和朋友一起鍛鍊總是更加愉快。你們既可以嘗試挑戰性的姿勢，也可以鼓勵對
方突破自己的極限。
• 加深了聯繫。當你們正在努力掌握一種姿勢，你和你的同伴會在身體和情感上聯繫起來

示。
