    最近超熱門的 Netflix 新劇 #魷魚遊戲,你看了嗎?兩天追完的我已經完全「魷魚中毒」。劇裡曾經真摯的情誼,隨著利益逐漸產生質變的過程,實在真實到讓人不忍直視。

    在這個世界上,跟朋友合作絕對算的上是數一數二高風險的事情。

    陳可辛的電影《海闊天空》裡面有一句經典的台詞說:「千萬別跟最好的朋友合夥開公司。」哈佛商學院教授Noam Wasserman也曾經在書裡說過,最好的創業夥伴其實是陌生人。

    跟朋友合夥,兩人關係的好壞經常會影響到事業發展,同時勢必面對該聽誰的才對的權力遊戲,以及利益如何分配的困難問題,而這些都很容易磨損友情。

    幾年前剛開始斜槓的時候,曾經發生過一件印象深刻的事,也讓我 #用五萬塊看清楚一個人 。

    當時我跟一個朋友一起接下了一個案子,結案後業主把報酬五萬元現金,裝在牛皮紙袋裡給我。當天回家的路上,我竟然失心瘋的,把這個裝著錢的牛皮紙袋,連著其他紙類垃圾,丟進了市區的某個資源回收桶。

    發現的當下,感覺真的是五雷轟頂!五萬塊對當時的我們,絕對是一筆大數目。急急報了案,還託家人找到資源回收場,翻來找去,錢還是找不回來。

    我強忍驚慌,把這件事告訴合作的朋友,並且表明還是會把該有的利潤算給他。大家知道我這個朋友聽到以後的反應是什麼嗎?

    他說:「沒關係,錢再賺就有。」事情已經發生,他沒有責難,只有同理,而且願意跟我這個失職的合作夥伴一起承擔結果。

    從聽到那句話的那一刻起,我非常肯定,這一個人是可以合作一輩子的對象。

    然後再過幾年,我跟這個朋友有了現在的地產秘密客Ting & Sam,我們依舊各司其職、分工流暢,幾乎沒有起過爭執。如果要是不幸一起去被抓去參加魷魚遊戲,我就把我的彈珠給她。☺️

    豆腐巴斯克乳酪蛋糕~ 超!級!美 !
    這個食譜很高蛋白版~ 我做了幾次~~試到這個材料配搭最好吃😋~

    其實原本的乳酪起司蛋糕,你不加糖的話,就是一個蠻不錯減醣甜點
    哈哈!真的!它的主要材料是Cream Cheese
    Cream Cheese (奶油乳酪)碳水很低
    熱量不會很高 (甚至比腰果還低呢!)
    只是我們這次把奶油乳酪跟鮮奶油,換成豆腐、腰果、鷹嘴豆、優格
    會比較高纖高蛋白
    這個巴斯克乳酪蛋糕熱量不會太高,
    但是營養更健康的唷!

    今天的材料:
    豆腐 300克 (吸乾水份)-------- 165大卡
    腰果 40克 (可改用鷹嘴豆粉)---- 213大卡
    鷹嘴豆粉 40克---------------- 143大卡
    雞蛋 2顆 -------------------- 129大卡
    無加糖優格 200ml ------------- 162大卡
    起司 2片--------------------- 96大卡
    檸檬汁 ---------------------- 7 大卡
    香草精
    鹽巴
    ___________________________________________
    蛋糕用了以上80%的麵糊 -----共約 732 大卡
    建議每次享用一片 (約1/6 個)約 122大卡
