📣美國FDA加速核准通過 Nivolumab(PD-1抑制劑)合併ipilimumab (CTLA-4抑制劑)這個組合在肝癌第二線治療的適應症 (Date: 2020/3/11)
　
✅使用Nivo(1mg/kg)＋Ipi(3mg/kg)這個雙免疫的組合，腫瘤縮小率約33%，腫瘤完全消失的機率為8%，然而，在副作用方面，高劑量的ipilimumab也伴隨較多(20%)的中重度肝毒性。
　
⭕警語：1.以高劑量ipilimumab的療效較佳，然而，也伴隨著更高的免疫副作用，需要非常小心。2.台灣尚未核准通過。

Hi. Primitive technology with survival skills Wilderness building house Roman is our next video. In this video we have built the foundation of the Roman house. Initially we cleaned up a ground. We took the wire and measured the size of the house. By the wild survival skill we have obtained the right angle of the house. Then we dig up foundation and mix mortar. we had the first layer of mortar then we laid the brick to build the foundation and took the bamboo to make the nivo balance.
