I wanted to post a picture & a caption i had in mind today and FELT MOST IMPORTANTLY! But I’m posting my gym sefies from my happy place instead 😌 but the caption i wanted to write was - I never thought i would say this ever in my life (i grew up hating myself&felt i wasnt ever good at anything in life) even looking back to a year or two or three or even last year But I’m really happy with who i am right now, where i am, even though sometimes i may feel like I’m nowhere or even nowhere near where i want to be in life even how i look lol 😂 i hated and still hate parts of me And I wouldn’t change any parts of me the struggles pain.. It is because I KNOW THAT i will get tyere one day and I’ve fallen in love with THE GRIND! Not just in terms of my gym and training but the person that I really am. Wrt work my personal life and everything else I’ve been working on apart from gaining strength from the gym& dont get me wrong getting strong physically translates alot to the mental aspects of the strong mind and body I may be nowhere but im completely content with where i am knowing that if i put in the work needed there is a very good chance that i may reach where i want to sooner or one day It makes me happy knowing that i wouldn’t want to change any of the events that hAve happened in the past to get me to where i am. And dont get me wrong alot of people may say im nowhere or i may even feel so but it’s knowing that i can put in the work&climb to get to where i want to,that’s making me happy To a better, more fruitful second half of 2021 to crushing goals & to living my life doing what i love putting in the effort where i would like to, loving selflessly&to keeping my closest ones even closer! I wish for a purposeful 2nd half or rather last 5months of 2021 Well back to the post It was bench pullups mu work day with some negligible handstands&hanging leg raises But posting only Bench bench bench 😬4*6 @42.5kg paused rpe6/7/8 😂 Was recording for form esp to make sure i paused for atleast a second or close to a second 😑 But posting them cause it was a good bench sesh minus the last slide 😬😂😂 when my hair messed up the setup &breathing big time twice😭
