Home Office清楚回覆，T4同T5逗留期唔可以扣5+1 本來係Patreon專屬嘅一字不漏原文 如果大家記得嘅話，大概兩三個星期前，Lord Alton响上議院書面向內政部提問，學生簽證（Tier 4 Visa）同工作假期簽證（Tier 5 Visa）嘅逗留時間可唔可以扣減BNO Visa嘅5年居留要求。而內政部代表好概括咁回應，只有"route to settlement"嘅簽證持有人先可以扣減。 然後，香港網路上一大堆「內政部傳心師」或者「移民政策堪輿學家」就自行基於"10 year rule"嘅概念無限解讀，向外吹噓有機會可以。 好喇，Lord Alton近日再跟進追問內政部，到底Tier 4同Tier 5响法律上算唔算"route to settlement"，11月24號內政部代表好清晰咁回答唔係，亦表明逗留時間唔可以扣減。 //Neither route leads directly to settlement within the UK.
