Ever since I started eating healthy, I thought I have effectively put an end to my love for Buffalo Chicken Wings. And that has always been the case until the day I decided to try making my own using the hot sauce from @mcandcothailand No MSG, No Artificial additive, No Sugar, No nastiness, this is the closest you could get to the healthiest version of Hot Sauce that is also extremely delicious. The instructions are really simple, prep the chicken wings with some cornstarch, oat flakes, salt, and pepper, air fry them at 180 degree Celsius for 20 minutes, turning once, get the chicken out, mix in the hot sauce, sprinkled some black sesame seeds on the top and VOILA!! Confession: I've never understood the hype around Kimchi. Why? Because most of the time, the Kimchi that I eat are either too salty, too sweet or too acidic. However, these organic Kimchi from @diamondtasty_official has completely changed my attitude towards this world-famous fermented delicacy from Korea! The vegetable are fresh and crunchy, and the flavor is complex and nicely balanced. How is it organic? one might wonder. Well, every single vegetable and herbs used in this recipe come from an organic farm. Plus, there's No MSG, No Sugar. No Flour, No artificial food Coloring. No nastiness. Only goodness :) You can choose between Cabbage Kimchi or Radish Kimchi, depending on your preference. Personally, I like the cabbage one a tiny bit better, as it goes very well with hot, steamy rice 🍚 I'm already thinking about learning to cook more Korean dishes using these kimchi as the main ingredient.
