葡萄：74% Chenin Blanc, 12% Clairette Blanche, 6% Viognier, 4%
Semillon Gris, 4% Grenache Blanc。
發酵：橡木桶發酵8週、乳酸發酵。
熟成：法國橡木桶11個月。20%新桶。500公升3-4次桶，新桶是2000公升。

原廠建議適飲溫度10-12度C，前3年最好醒酒。

My wine column in Wine Luxe magazine "Great Gems of New World Wine". When it comes to new world wine, I always find it very adventurous, u have to spend time to explore some good ones! I'd like to share some interesting ones that I find lately, including La Motte Pierneef Syrah Viognier & Mullineux old Vine White Blend from South Africa, as well as Luigi Bosca Gala 1 from Argentina.
