been waiting so long for my turn to say this and here it is. alhamdulillah, I DID IT!! GRADUATE CLASS OF ‘21! a little home shoot since covid sadly took my grad ceremony away. extremely grateful for my mom who gifted me this beautiful gigantic bouquet, my boyfriend who sent me the graduation cap and my besties for more flowers just to give me some grad feels 🤍 after these challenging years of literal blood (most of the time not even my own aha lab things), sleepless nights and exhaustion, even muddling uni work through a pandemic, i somehow graduated! Bachelor of Science with Honours in Biomedical Sciences 🎓 thank you to my loved ones and just anyone who has supported, encouraged and helped me unconditionally throughout this journey. honestly could not have done it without you. lastly, proud to say after much hard work and perseverance, a little girl’s dream of one day becoming a scientist, has now become reality 👩🏻‍🔬

You’ve been through a thousand things in your life people don’t even know about. You’ve experienced things that have shook you, broke you, changed you, built you and taught you to be stronger than you ever thought you had the ability to be. And you are who you are for all of it! So the next time someone judges you based on a small part of what they see and how they interpret that (or the squares /moments here that i post- for instance this post) remember who you are remember how much you’ve overcome, smile and keep walking cause you got nothing to prove to anyone else! You’ve already proved so much to yourself by muddling through STORMS ⛈ that people didn’t even see cause how of how you carried yourself through it and despite it! Amen! You Are Enough!
