不管去哪兒 出門回家後，第一時間要洗澡，換過新的衣服，衣服再不要重穿， 直接丟去洗，出门還有就是酒精不離手，保持自己居家的環境衛生。
只要自我保護做好， 其實真的不需要有太大誇張的擔心和擔憂，不要造成生活上和自己的心情影響太大。

拜託真的不要在網路上或是電話上亂傳訊息或假消息了， 這個舉動真的是非常沒有道德和公德心。

Yesterday, our daughter teacher asked to bring some shirts to school, I was looking the shirts for daughter , wow ! I found some treasures. kid's size beast shirts, really loving. 💖

After Covid-19 , we almost 99% eat at home, cooked by ourselves.
Health breakfast from home Petr made, vegetarian & waffle oat cakes. ❤️💖 thanks for beast father love & caring us so much!

早安，昨天老師說姐姐學校換穿衣服都沒有了，要我帶幾件過去，翻了衣櫃發現寶藏🥰，唯幾件跑山獸兒童t-shirt，尤其TBT這件是唯一的sample，讓姐姐帥翻~🥰（恩雅老師之前好喜歡這衣服，一直問有沒有可以買，真的沒有了..😂）

開心之餘，吃Pete爸爸做的早餐，謝謝，我們是幸福的媽媽跟孩子~💖🥰，都是素食喔！還有用大燕麥片做的馬芬蛋糕~💖
