    「為什麼運動後還在喘的時候不能馬上喝水？」大家都知道這在老人家的經驗裡叫做『煞着』，中文叫『岔氣』。但這是什麼原因呢？甚至國外也有很多研究哦！

    『大家都知道熱脹冷縮，這時候如果馬上就喝冰水或沖冰水，消化道的脈管收縮，心與脾陽無法暢達，氣血就受到阻礙，胸中陽氣不暢，就產生了『煞着』的情況了。這個機轉與Morton DP與Callister R.提出ETPA可能之機轉之一 – celiac artery壓迫造成的ischemia pain非常類似。』
