本體及內部結構心得小結:
1.全模組化設計,搭配全黑帶狀線材,並提供EPS12V 8P接頭、CPU12V 4+4P接頭及小4P接
頭轉接線
2.直接在外殼上沖壓風扇護網,無法取下清理灰塵
3.內部悅倫風扇雖然型號印上D12BM-12,但標籤為白底金字,經查詢確認為FDB軸承版本
4.交流線磁環、總開關焊點、X電容接腳均有包覆絕緣套管,保險絲、突波吸收器沒有包
覆絕緣套管
5.電路板背面焊點整體做工良好,大電流線路有敷錫處理,一次側使用全絕緣封裝MOSFET
6.採用虹冠方案APFC、全橋LLC諧振、同步整流輸出12V,並透過DC-DC轉換3.3V/5V
7.內部電容採用Nichicon/Nippon Chemi-con等日系品牌
各項測試結果簡單總結:
1.Montech Century 650W於20%/50%/100%下效率分別為90.2%/90.89%/88.23%,符合
80PLUS金牌認證要求20%輸出87%效率、50%輸出90%效率、100%輸出87%效率
2.偏載測試,12V維持空載,測試3.3V滿載、5V滿載、3.3V/5V滿載的3.3V/5V/12V電壓變
化,均無出現超出±5%範圍情形
3.從紅外線熱影像圖來看,橋式整流/二次側都有最高的溫度,APFC/主變壓器同樣有明顯
溫度,與APFC功率元件共用散熱片的兩顆一次側MOSFET溫度比裝在獨立散熱片上的另外兩
顆要高
4.全負載輸出時,切斷AC輸入模擬電力中斷,15ms(0.015s)後12V開始壓降,
17ms(0.017s)至驟降轉折點,剛好通過Intel制定Hold-up time需高於16ms的要求
5.電源接通到各輸出全負載狀態下,電壓達到穩定的時間在150ms
6.輸出漣波測試,電源供應器於空載下各路輸出無明顯漣波,於3.3V/12A、5V/12A、
12V/45A靜態負載輸出下12V/5V/3.3V各路低頻漣波分別為27.6mV/15.6mV/12mV;於
12V/54A靜態負載輸出下12V/5V/3.3V各路低頻漣波分別為21.2mV/13.2mV/10.4mV
7.動態負載測試,3.3V/5V/12V的最大變動幅度分別為402mV/364mV/370mV,3.3V/5V電壓
變動高峰處維持時間在320微秒左右
