Marinated Beef were thin sliced and grilled and there are many variations at different places. The one at Hansik Goo was the saucier style with starch noodles at the bottom soaking all the beef jus and sauce (pic 2-3) _ Besides it being a lot better looking than most bulgogi I have had 😆, the flavor was what I was impressed the most. Most of the bulgogi was tasty at first but it was monotonously sweet and savory and very soon the flavor was flat. This bulgogi at Hansik Goo was very well balance in sweet and savory flavor, more gentle but by no means bland. You can easily taste the seasoning agents like soy sauce, stock or jang are of very high quality (just like when you eat at Chairman you can taste the seasoning agents they use are premium quality).
