但係要自由,就要敢去忠於自己(喺盡量唔傷害到其他人嘅情況下) ,亦必須有一定程度嘅「dont give a damn what you think」mentality。

【In Meeting Room, This One Is The Power Seat]】When you walk into a conference room, which seat would to select? Which seat is most influential? The head? The tail? Stand on the side? No.
I recently took a leadership training, and the coach shared that according to research, the most powerful seat is actually the seat that is facing and opposite side of the conference door. The person sits on this seat can see people walking to the room and gives people an impression that “I am in control” feeling unintentionally.
Ok, now you know which seat is most powerful. Should you take the seat yourselves? No, to help your team to be successful, you should give the seat to the minority of the team!
We all know that Diversity drives better ideas and decisions which helps company growth. By giving the power seat to minority - who could be women in tech companies; Asian, Spanish or African Americans in most of American companies.
If you work for a tech company that its leadership team is full of men, give the seat to the female leader! Embrace diversity to push your company grow.
