Hey, guys! It's been awhile but I just want to pop in and give you a quick update on my morning and midday skincare routines featuring a lot of local brands that I have personally been loving for the past months.

☀️ @kaymanbeauty CoalBerry Cleanser* - Simple foam cleanser containing charcoal that helps with sebum production, I only take a small amount of product as I don't have much to cleanse off my face in the morning.
.
☀️ @kaymanbeautyhq HyaluMelon Mist Toner* or @jelita.kl Saffron Face & Hair Mist* - I'd be layering these toners several times after exfoliating my skin daily with gentle toner pads.
.
☀️ @kaymanbeautyhq Skintella Repairing Serum* to soothe my irritated facial area around my upper cheeks. Works nicely with my current skin preference.
.
☀️ @yelloskincarehq Snowmeric Hydra Boost Brightening Serum* with considerably light consistency this still works with my slightly dehydrated skin. I'm still waiting for the brightening result but I guess it's gonna take awhile.

☀️ @kaymanbeautyhq Skintella Moisturising Gel* - I'd prefer to seal my day routines with lightweight moisturiser and this gel cream complements my whole skincare routine nicely 😍

☀️ For sunscreens, I'm currently alternating several different ones but I'll share my favourites in the upcoming posts 😊

Hôm nay nhà mình ăn sáng với overnight oat meal ( yến mạch qua đêm) món này mình đã chuẩn bị từ tối hôm trước, mình chỉ chuẩn bị nhanh khoảng 5p lúc trước khi đi ngủ, rất là tiện lợi lại rất là ngon.
Nhà mình đang ăn là vị cam và dâu. Chua chua rất là thích, rất là dễ ăn.
Công thức chi tiết:
½ cup sữa chua Hy Lạp
½ chén yến mạch cán dẹt
¼ cup sữa tươi không đường
¼ cốc nước cam
1 tablespoon hạt chia
1 teaspoon tinh chất vani

Một bữa sáng đầy đủ dinh dưỡng có thể giúp bạn no lâu và giảm khả năng thèm ăn vặt trong ngày hơn. Vì vậy, hãy dành chút thời gian mỗi ngày để chuẩn bị bữa sáng cho một cơ thể luôn khỏe khoắn bạn nhé!
