嗯，我摔倒了⋯
前晚，在我家樓梯。
沒有滾，懸空掉下。
#我也不知道為什麼
.
事發時嘴部和牙齒/牙齦部分劇痛，
我摀住口，血一直流，也感頭暈，
然後就匆匆趕到醫院去掛急診了。
.
止血後，醫生給我檢查了一番，也照了X-RAY，
放心，頭、臉、身體都沒有骨折，沒有腦震盪；
只是身體多處瘀傷、皮擦傷了，和一點小扭傷。
醫生說可以無需住院，開止痛藥給我在家休養。
.
⋯嚴重的是嘴巴和牙齒的部分。
牙齒受重擊時狠狠被打了進去，
沒辦法正常發音也沒辦法進食。
我當時候害怕我就這樣毀容了⋯
害怕會不會就這樣沒能主持了⋯
真的，我很醜。
.
事後我也到牙醫好友的診所檢查求救。
下唇多處擦傷，一顆斷缺傷致牙本質，
數顆牙齒多處裂紋，內縮及側向脫位，
唇側牙槽骨破裂，牙髓活性有待確認。
牙齒的部分手尾較長，需要手術治療，
包括牙髓根管治療、牙冠和牙齒矯正。

嗯⋯我的爆牙救了我，
它們自己卻爆了崩了。
😭

其餘的，稍後再說唄。
總而言之，我這一次，
也算是不幸中的大幸。

In short, I am so ugly. I fell from and on the staircases at home (yes, not tumbled down but fell), two nights ago, and broke my teeth badly.. Got multiple laceration wound on lip, coronal fracture on tooth, also multiple horizontal hairline cracks, intrusion and subluxation, alveolar socket bone fracture and etc (more sharing on this perhaps later), other than that, no concussion nor fracture seen on x-Ray and checks, so don’t worry, only bruises, abrasions and minor sprain. And so I don’t have to be hospitalised after consulting the a&e, just needa rest at home. Doc gave me some painkillers too.

Still, I’m considering myself fortunate enough, under such unfortunate accident. I have my family here with me, and thankyou bosses, clients, colleagues and teammates for ur understandings, and thankyou for all the DMs and texts guys. Thankyou for being with me, I’ll probably be back at work very soon. ♥️

P/S: that’s all I have to share. Everyone including myself was seriously freaked out and got busy dealing with the mess inside out and my family & I didn’t take any more photo/videos tho. 🙏🏼

[梅茨赫塔，格魯吉亞］

Mtskheta, Georgia

在距離首都第比利斯不遠，只有十多公里距離，是一座古歷史名城，叫梅茨赫塔。用英語讀出這古城名字的發音也實在不容易，可讀成Mess Ket Ta。這是一座五世紀的古城，也是格魯吉亞的基督教聖城。整座城的歷史建築也錄在世界文化遺產內。

據說耶穌被釘十字架以後，當時的一位女士把耶穌的紫袍從羅馬兵丁買下來，並帶到格魯吉亞。回到家鄉被她的姊妹看到，因親眼看見耶穌的紫袍並擁抱著它，情緒激動下致死，而死後更不能把紫袍與她的屍首分開，所以便與她一同埋葬。不久以後，在這裡長了一棵香柏樹，後人亦用了樹上的木材在上面建造了教堂，並命名為 「生命之樹教堂」(Svetitskhoveli Cathedral) 。建築師工藝精湛，引起了不少宮內的人所嫉妒，並把建築師的右手砍掉。直到今天，在教堂的牆壁上也刻有當時建築師的右手，為此而作為紀念。生命之樹教堂位於梅茨赫塔古城之中央。圓錐形的教堂頂部在眾多紅磚小屋中突圍而出，盡顯教堂的威嚴風範。

在梅茨赫塔不遠的一座小山上也興建了另一座修道院。當時格魯吉亞東正教的始創女修士St. Nino在山上豎立了十字架，並在這裡經歷了很多神蹟奇事，吸引了不少人前來朝聖。後人亦在此山上興建了修道院，並稱之為「十字修道院」(Jvari Monastery) 。在山上可遠望看兩條河流的交匯處，亦可從高處遠望到梅茨赫塔古城的景色，非常如畫風光盡顯眼底。

怎知～現在他卻超愛上英文
崴崴覺得英文好簡單～
因為英文班都是全英文
再回去國小的課程，就發現英文好簡單～
他也都聽得懂～

崴崴三五上英文課
週五上的課～明天要複習～
剛剛，崴崴就拿出課本
問我有沒有空幫他複習、陪他念英文

呵呵～我很樂意！
最重要的，是他自己主動
他說～媽咪複習過再回去上課就變更簡單

今天的復習就只有一起念一段課文
（其實是一段歌謠）
剛開始崴崴只是要會念、想熟悉

我有發現，他是靠「記憶」在記住這段歌謠
所以每次換段、換字時，都會出錯
後來帶著他一個字、一個字的「看」着念
用手指著字慢慢念、注意尾音、注意母音
尤其是「th」的發音，崴崴常常念成「ㄌ」
或許是受老師發音的影響～
He Makes the Mess這種連音
他就常常念成「he may ㄌ 妹」
我都會暫停～問他「妹啥」？
哈哈哈～

但經過細修後，差很多～
我們母子一邊念，也一邊笑的東倒西歪
哈哈哈～

原來～學英文～可以這麼有趣
只要不恐懼！就是最好的開始！

I’m here at this press conference today for one reason - I’d like to tell you in my own words how sorry I truly am. I have to express my deepest apologies to my family, my wife’s family, our friends and all those who have loved me because I‘ve made a mistake. A mistake which I can never make up for. A mistake that is unforgivable. Because of this wrong that I’ve done, I’ve been reviewing and reflecting on my behaviour. Indeed, I’ve made a disgrace of myself. That’s why I’m here today to tell you that I shall bear full responsibility for what I’ve done.

It is true that I was under the heavy influence of alcohol that day, but being drunk can in no way excuse the grave mistake that I’ve made. I have felt deeply regretful for what I’ve done. I have found it difficult to face and accept myself. After reading the news report, I have found myself and my behaviour most shameful, deplorable, abominable, disgusting and absurd. I have pondered and reflected deeply on why I had not been able to exercise better self control and why lust would have had the better of me.

I shall bear full responsibility for what I’ve done. To that end, I shall do two things. The first thing is that I shall suspend all projects at hand until I found good in myself again and I have examined the way I’ve been conducting myself. The second thing is that I have, from the bottom of my soul, found myself to be ridiculous. Because of my wrongful behaviour, people around me, who have loved me, have been facing up to immense stress and pain. I hope that I could properly make it up to all those on whom I have inflicted pain. This report has made me reflect deeply on what I’ve done. The worst mistake that I’ve committed here is that I’ve gone astray from my former self. Last but not least, I need to say this to all those who have loved me once again: I have brought shame on you all; I’ve been wrong and I’m sorry. I’m sorry, Sammi. I don’t know what I am going to do in the future. I am a heartless and broken mess. I hope everyone will be kind enough to let me have the time (to make amends for what I’ve done).
