🔴「彩蝶 Papillon」
靈感來自Pierre Hermé嘅Ispahan,艷紅色嘅黑朱古力外殼下係紅桑子野莓果醬同荔枝甘納許,特別選用法國Ponthier荔枝果蓉製作,兩者一酸一甜,果香清甜細膩,能夠將如此夢幻嘅甜味慢慢融喺口腔之中,有無情人都一樣甜到入心☺️
⚪️「聖海倫娜 Saint Helena」
Coriolis嘅原創口味,首先嚐到嘅係煙燻咖啡甘納許,深烘咖啡豆帶有絲絲煙燻香氣,喺黑朱古力嘅襯托下更加深沉濃厚;之後係帶微細顆粒嘅焦香核桃果仁醬,最後以焦糖最佳拍檔鹽之花作結,甘香濃郁嘅味道久久不散。
順帶一提,嚟緊初二初三佢地會喺關前街嘅「阿美星市集」擺檔💁🏻唔好錯過啦

🔴Papillon
Inspired by Pierre Hermé’s classic Ispahan, inside their bright red chocolate shell is a layer of raspberry & berries jam and a lychee ganache of Ponthier lychee purée - a pure explosion of pinky fruitiness☺️ joy overloaded when it gently melts in mouth!
⚪️Saint Helena
An original flavor curated by Coriolis, it’s comprised of a smoky coffee ganache of a dark roasted bean, a layer of caramelized walnut purée with a perfect finishing of fleur de sel. Smooth, silky and super rich, the heavenly flavors simply stay on the palate even after minutes.
