After 2 weeks of preparations on our part, we were rather abruptly informed last Friday that they had apparently doublebooked and agreed to another dental clinic in our area first (this after 3 different versions of 'excuses'). Even worse, they lied to SIME DARBY PLANTATION that @smileworksdental had 'withdrawn' from participating in the exhibition. That is our reputation at stake as we are also applying to become a panel dental. Shouting at me over the phone was the last straw. The PR fraternity is a small one. Word will get around of your unprofessionalism.
