查了才知道～
獨角仙的英文可以說
Rhino beetle（犀牛甲蟲）
或是Unicorn beetle（獨角獸甲蟲）
而鍬形蟲的英文是
Stag beetle（雄鹿甲蟲）

不好意思 下面很多英文 可直接跳過

今天上午兩隻船潛 下午一隻船潛&一隻加碼的岸潛

六個人坐著小船大概20分鐘 到了對面的小島，覺得maricavan Island 醜醜的 能見度大概20m 沒特別好，但潛導說水越濁 代表微生物很多 魚就會越高興 因為很多食物。
一般來說 最適合潛水是十月中到四五月 海況較好，夏天雖然水溫可到29° 但水濁 顛覆了我們原本以為夏天要潛水的觀念

一早就發現Oring破了 硬下水 果然馬上進水 相機鏡頭裝了一半的水 像個水平儀一樣晃來晃去 GG了 什麼都不能拍 幸好抓了潛伴的照片
上岸後 潛導幫我重新裝了Oring 結果下水後還是有點滲水 鏡頭起大霧
第三潛鐵齒 繼續迷霧中硬拍照
第四潛索性打開防水殼 拿出相機直接拍
幸好教練也有Olympus 明天帶他的O ring借我 不然這一趟Anilao 虧大

My 22nd dive 水濁到我嚇到
我穿了一件3mm的防寒衣+一件薄的防寒衣 還是冷到心臟發抖 跟教練說我很冷 教練捏了一下我手心 發現不會變紅 反而變紫了
上岸後 教練教我以後如果覺得冷 可以搓搓手 或是握住他的手

My 23rd dive 為了不要緊握教練的手 我穿了兩件3mm的防護衣 配重到8kg
Diving spot : cathedral rock 原本要去的潛點因為風太大 船危險 改開去北邊 別人的地盤岸潛
Highlight : 這裡有人工的城堡跟十字架 很多人在這裡辦婚禮；拍手會有魚游過來 很大一塊礁岩 很多很多魚 滿漂亮的

My 24th dive 教練特地一對二教我們拍照 因為大團體裡有新手 教練顧不了那麼多人（而且六個人裡也只有我們兩個帶相機）重回昨天的岸潛地點 但不同的潛導找的東西不一樣 他很認真的找東西/幫我們打燈/喬角度/還建議用什麼設定（例如近距離可以用水下模式的近拍；但若要超微距就用顯微鏡模式）超推薦這個潛導 親切又認真專業

香港地道小炒，某大排檔招牌菜。 我哋今次自己屋企整，雖然隔著個mon但係瀨尿蝦殼係非常乾身，椒鹽味道啱啱好，唔算太辣，記得兜勻（恕我唔識兜唯有亂拋 Sorry！lol ）。呢碟嘢諗唔到有啲咩好名比佢，椒鹽風沙避風塘呢啲名太行，最後都係用返風沙瀨尿蝦。那星，英文仲難諗，Wind Sand 隨時笑死人， 唯有貼切少少算數。大家想有避風塘嘅風味就自己加多4隻辣椒。好簡單易做，煮嘅過程最緊要快手。

This is a Hong Kong style dish, a signature dish of a restaurant in HK. Let’s do it at home this time, the shell of the shrimps is very crispy and tasty as they are covered with spice salt and the balance is just to the point. Not too hot as well. Please forgive me about the stir frying video, I am not a Pro at this. If you prefer to have it to be more spicy, add 4 more chillis will give you the so called “typhoon shelter style”

Penang Ah Soon Kor Hokkien Har Mee

I was recommended by my Malaysian friend that is one of the favourite Hokkien Mee in town, and that it has been operating since 1968. Of course, not by the same hawker, who is pretty young to have been doing the job since different generations.

The Har Mee is available in different sizes. They are priced at RM5.00 , RM6.00 and RM7.00. You may also try the one comes with spare ribs and mantis prawns in different price. The broth is tasty as it is made from boiling the spare ribs and prawns. As soon as I smell the aroma, I know Ah Soon Kor Har Mee stands a good chance to hold its position. It has the full aroma of Penang Hokkien Mee. The lady seated next to be was highly recommended to me for this restaurant was so yummy. As you can see from my video.
