🥗SIGN OFF- JEAN K🍿 Not too sure if it’s because of MUM2019 that I got to experience Babel as my first full-time workplace or it’s because I have met Jacq even way before that and everything seemed to path the way for this since then. Babel is a place where I get to approach the less-known yet important side of fitness. Learning to be a coach and still learning, I have started comprehending not only human anatomy in a different way but also the essence of a wholesome personal relationship we could build with our clients aka friends. These days, due to personal reasons, I am more into the “#corrective” part of fitness and managed to not only solve my long-existing #immobility and #tightness issues but also learned to identify the source of the problem in one’s movement pattern. This has helped me in drafting a more personalized workout plan and carefully designing the class format and content. However, I constantly feel like I am not ready to be a GREAT trainer yet because I am not confident about not only my ability in delivering the results but also mainly my ability to take the further step to be proactive. I always desire to be accountable to not only the progress of our members/clients but also to care about every individual genuinely. I do deliver my sincerity but I find it hard for me to stay connected to and be emotionally available for people, in general, most of the time. Hence, after thinking for more than a year, as I think it’s not the right place for me to be at the moment, I have finally braced myself up to make a move despite the fear and doubt. Here, I want to publicly thank Jacq for being a role model to me in showing care towards a person wholeheartedly and I wish to practice so to others too. This was taken 10 months ago, in August 2019, before school started. 10 months have passed and man, it’s crazy how different things are now. I’m different, my life is different, and most importantly, our society is different. I am saddened and upset about the current situation, but I am hopeful. Trust me, I used to be that person who doesn’t believe in the change in a long-existing system, but life has proved me wrong, and people have given me faith. It’s almost half way through 2020, and everyone, we got this 🤍

Just downloaded Google photos and I love it! Srsly the best solution for my long-existing problem of low memory space on iCloud etc due to photos 🙄 it backs up ur photos (so u can clear ur phone album after) & it organizes/creates collages/albums/animations w them for u 😍 like this one here! #hadtopost #hadtoshare
