上週某天畫礦畫著畫著，這首歌的旋律就在腦中自動播放…

妳們的「世界」是什麼樣子的呢？
我所想像的是...

這裡的World(世界)，不在我之外，而是，
我們心中都有或許名為寧靜之所、心靈聖殿的一個「空間」，待在那能讓自己平靜、歸零、重整。
那個「空間」並不神秘，僅是，我於一段時間裡一個人安靜的與自己同在。

這裡的World(世界)，也可譬喻為做一件事情的「初衷」。
如果最近內心又騷動起來，翻攪著內在想要改變生活的欲望，先靜下來釐清，是太想要去做想做的那件事情，還是太想要逃離此刻的生活狀態？提醒自己不要為了「逃」而去「做」。
又或是，發生一件又一件覺得卡卡、憂煩的事情，處理完後冷靜思考我還想繼續正在做的事嗎？若答案「是」，先呼呼並感謝自己耐心且勇敢的面對每一個卡卡，心情平復後，再繼續做喜歡的事情。

身體重心會協助我們回到中心
