    #睡覺比你想得還要重要許多唷

    ⑴ 遵守規律的睡眠時間。

    每天同一時間上床，同一時間起床。人是會按照習慣行事的生物，一旦養成睡眠規律，就很難調整改變。週末睡得較晚，並不能完全補償週間的睡眠缺乏，也會造成星期一早上更難早起。設定鬧鈴，提醒自己上床睡覺。我們常為起床時間設鬧鈴，卻沒有定時睡覺。如果十二項守則中你只能遵守一項，就是這一項了。

    ⑵ 運動好處多多，但是不能太晚運動。

    盡量每天運動至少三十分鐘，但要在睡前二至三小時前結束。

    ⑶ 遠離咖啡因和尼古丁。

    咖啡是一種興奮劑，在咖啡、可樂、某些茶飲和巧克力中都有，它的效果可能要八小時才會完全退去，因此傍晚的一杯咖啡會讓你晚上難以入眠。尼古丁也是一種興奮劑，常使吸菸的人睡得很淺。另外，戒除尼古丁時，吸菸的人早上常會太早醒來。

    ⑷ 避免睡前飲酒。

    睡前小酌或許會讓你放鬆，但喝太多會使你缺少快速動眼睡眠，讓睡眠較淺。大量飲酒也可能造成夜間的呼吸問題。當酒精的作用在體內逐漸消耗掉後，也比較容易讓你在半夜醒來。

    ⑸ 避免太晚吃大餐、喝太多飲料。

    輕食沒問題，但食物分量較多時會造成不消化，干擾睡眠。晚上喝太多飲料會導致夜裡必須常醒來上廁所。

    ⑹ 可能的話，不要服用會延後或干擾睡眠的藥物。

    有一些心臟、血壓或氣喘方面常用的處方藥，以及咳嗽、感冒或過敏的非處方藥和草藥，有可能干擾睡眠模式。如果你有睡眠方面的困擾，可以告訴你的醫師或藥師，確認你正在服用的藥物是否和睡不好有關，也可以詢問你的藥是否可在白天或晚上較早時服用。

    ⑺ 不要在下午三點之後睡午覺。

    午睡可以補充睡眠不足，但太晚睡午覺的話，可能會讓晚上更難入睡。

    ⑻ 睡前要放鬆。

    不要把事情安排得太滿，讓你在睡覺前沒有機會放鬆。可以安排一些輕鬆的活動，例如閱讀或聽音樂，作為睡覺前的習慣。

    ⑼ 睡前泡個熱水澡。

    泡完澡後體溫會降低，可以幫助你覺得想睡，泡澡也會幫助你身心舒緩放鬆，更易於入睡。

    ⑽ 臥室要黑暗、稍涼、沒有電子產品。

    把任何可能打擾你睡眠的東西從臥室移走，包括噪音、明亮的光線、不舒服的床、過高的溫度。臥室偏涼可以讓你睡得更好。電視、行動電話或電腦都會造成干擾，剝奪你的睡眠。舒服的床墊和枕頭可以幫你好睡。失眠的人常會盯著時鐘看，因此要避免鐘面出現在視線所及之處，以免試著入睡時還在擔心時間。

    ⑾ 適當曬太陽。

    日光是調節每天睡眠規律的關鍵。試著每天在戶外至少曬三十分鐘的日光。如果可能的話，黎明即起，或在早上使用亮度非常高的光源。如果你有難以入睡的問題，睡眠專家建議應該在早晨曬一小時的陽光，並在睡覺之前把室內燈光調暗。

    ⑿ 不要醒著而仍躺在床上。

    如果你上床後二十分鐘仍然醒著，或開始覺得擔心或焦慮，最好起床做些輕鬆的活動，直到睡意產生。無法入睡的焦慮，會讓人更難入睡。

    上週末的時候，我沈浸在 #如何翻修自己的blog 的世界中。必須說，這真的讓我非常開心，我想做這件事已經非常久了，但是之前的腦袋都只是一些很遙遠、模糊的想法，最近慢慢成形，我覺得非常興奮。​

    之前我們透過《沒人看見你的好，你要懂得自己誇》這本書來找到了我未來寫blog的方向（這本書之後還會有另外一次的實作文章，我想放在如何寫blog的自我介紹頁面，之後會寫），也透過了拆解GA分析從2019年我的網站上線後，到目前為止累積的30萬瀏覽數，發現了一些我的核心文章與類別。​

    因此，我想要循著這條線，繼續來探究我要如何編排我的blog，你可能會覺得好奇，為什麼不是直接編修排名在前的文章，的確，編修很重要，但是，編修之前，我們必須確定：​

    剛開始寫blog的時候，blog對我來說，只是一個存放文章的地方，現在，我的寫作即將邁入第五年，目前的blog文章超過200篇，因此，我覺得是時候來整理一下。​

    週末，我看到了這篇文章：Your Blog Is Not a Publication by Jimmy Daly，我覺得實在是寫得太好了，完全就是將我腦袋的想法非常有邏輯的寫出來，我反覆看了幾次，因此，我決定將內容寫下來。​

    1. 這篇文章的主題是在說明「內容策略(content strategy)」我以前總覺得這個離我好遠，而且哪來那麼多的理論，但是，我看完後，發現，#內容策略或許就是解魔術方塊的解法。​
    ​
    ​
    2. 圖書館模式(Library Approach)：​
    ​
    文中提到最好的內容策略思維是「#品質以及深度( #quality and ​ #depth)」，而做到這樣的內容策略，需要的就是將你的blog以圖書館模式呈現，你思考看看，當你去圖書館的時候，你會發現，一個架上的圖書基本上都是同一個主題，因此，你可以在同樣地方，找到跟這個主題相關的內容，進而回答你的問題。​

    3. 出版物思維(Publication Approach)：​
    ​
    大部分的blog在編排文章的時候，呈現的方式是按照時間排序，這就是出版物思維，從最新的文章一路顯示到最久以前的文章。但是一個blog可能主題多元，這對於來到你的blog想要尋求特定問題解答的人，其實是非常不易搜尋的。​
    ​
    ​
    4. 以解答讀者的問題、拉長讀者的停留時間、甚至是讓讀者產生信任感來說，兼具品質以及深度的文章，才是最有幫助的，但是，這樣的文章產出需要付出更多的時間。​
    ​
    ​
    5. 如果你觀察GA，你會發現80%的訪客是從搜尋而來的，只有20%的客戶是重複拜訪，也就是說，有80%的新訪客，因此，圖書館模式可以創造出好的呈現方式，#讓新訪客了解你。​
    （這個數字完全和我的GA數字不謀而合，太振奮人心了）​

    6. 因為圖書館模式的文章會需要你大量的時間，因此你產出的速度會降低，可是你的文章將會為了「#讀者所需」而打造，並且創造長青文章。​
    （如果你調整過文章你就會知道，god，修改文章需要花的時間可能大於重新寫一篇的時間）​

    7. 如何打造圖書館模式文章：​
    ​
    （1）#將文章的類別清楚展列，讓讀者快速挑選需要的文章。​
    （2）#將不同類型的分開，讓讀者可以輕易選擇想要接受的類型（ex 文章、電子書、線上研討會）​
    ​
    ​
    8. 每一個主題的文章都應該要包含三種類型的文章：​
    （1）關於這個主題的 #基本資訊​
    （2）關於這個主題你的 #客戶的成功案例 或是 #使用者見證​
    （3）關於你提供的 #服務 或是 #收費標準​
    ​
    這件事情，我想到的是，你也可以反過來思考，如果你寫了很多（1）可是卻沒有（2）跟（3），是否代表你錯失了其中可能的商業模式呢？你可以思考看看。​

    9. 有了第8點提到的三種文章類型，你應該把你的文章展列並分類，你自然會知道是否過去你少寫了某些文章，或是過去偏重某些文章。​
    ​
    我同時想到，為何去年我光靠blog就可以有100個付費職涯諮詢，因為我三種文章都寫了：​
    ​
    （1）關於這個主題的基本資訊：我回答讀者關於職涯的提問，寫了很多職涯的文章。​
    ​
    （2）關於這個主題你的客戶的成功案例或是使用者見證：我將諮詢中較容易重複發生的問題寫成了第二類文章，，並且放上了讀者主動撰寫的諮詢心得。​
    ​
    （3）關於你提供的服務或是收費標準：我同時有一個說明服務、預約時間的畫面，則是第三類。​
    ​
    ​
    10. 因為每天會來到你的blog的人事實上是不同的，因此，你的策略應該要放更多在思考如何打造你的圖書館模式blog，這個時候，增加電子報名單、提升社交媒體的追蹤數，就會是因為成功的內容策略伴隨而來的副產品。​

    有了以上的思維之後，除了「我的未來目標」+「我的文章分類」，現在我還可以多思考了如何文章該如何互相融合，並且要補上我缺少的部分。​

    不得不說，其實思考這些事情，雖然看起來很無形，也很難敘述，可是，寫作對我來說一直都是一件我希望10年之後我還想要繼續做得事情，因為我在這個過程中非常的快樂，因此，在過了幾年的自嗨時期後（我也非常享受自嗨時期），我認為開始思考策略，是一件自然而然的事情，如果我能 #實作並且證明寫作有策略、並且可以變現，豈不是一件非常激勵人心的事情嗎？
