通常我們如果有興趣的小說或書可能會想說買來看（積灰塵）（蓋泡麵），或者透過書評心得了解作者想傳達的創作意涵，但是如果像我這種不愛讀書只愛音樂的孩子（誤）來說，如果可以透過音樂就能詮釋作者的意境，那該有多好～

近期最紅的日本樂團YOASOBI，主打就是把小說音樂化的創作理念🤓
2019 年推出的首支單曲〈夜に駆ける〉在各大社群平台爆紅，連香取慎吾都下海cover，因為中毒的旋律歌詞，聽說會有讓人想閱讀原著小說的衝動。
本人日文無能不愛唸書毫無衝動😆但因為YOASOBI主打用歌聲跨越旋律與文字間的界線，我就更專注拿捏每首歌曲中想要呈現的小說中主角的情緒，把自己代入感受小說主角們和YOASOBI的心情！

【獅子也累了....】
繼續延續前幾篇的話題，Lionel Sanders也進入大休了，
他在IG上的PO文也提到了一句『Now it’s time for some off-time to let the body recuperate!』更驗證了這狂人也累了，也要跟Daniela Ryf一樣，進季休了
其實從他賽事影片前段，聽他說明就可知道，他騎車時明明跟Joe Skipper與Sam Long兩個單車頂尖的人幾乎同時出發，但卻沒打算跟他們拼，只打算專注在自己配速與補給上，這不是他的風格啊。
而即使單車整段功率298w （不確定AP or NP）是他自認一年來最好狀態，但最後一小時功率只剩230-240w，這樣的話表示他在三小時後就撞牆了，而且也能反推，他前面應該是配到310-320w，三小時後掉了快100w，是很誇張的衰退幅度。加上我粗估他FTP在400-420w間，你可想像他最後一小時只剩60%不到的能力，是蠻慘的狀態。
不過跑步還是不受影響，這個到底怎麼辦到啊？
總之，他講話的語調也很平靜，中段也提到不去比California了（我猜是IRONMAN 70.3 Oceanside），因為他自己認為已失去競爭意識（Competitive），還有要連賽當然沒問題，但這樣不好玩了（影片8:50處）。
聽到這真是心有慼慼焉，過度密集的出賽，其實是在燃燒對這份運動的熱情，始終帶著疲勞上陣，一直撐著，賽後的心理反而比身理狀態更加累人。
總之，今年的賽事大亂，真的很考驗選手的調整，但好在我沒這困擾，因為都沒比賽呢............（苦笑～）

另外這次Mr.Giraffe Delivery的包裝亦會以速遞箱的概念，箱子內除了有arttoy本體，還有三款不同的單品，隨機附送一款，增加驚喜感覺。「速遞包」將於9月25號Mr.Giraffe社交媒體公開發售，有興趣的讀者可以密切留意！
