A is currently in a meat and veggie phase as oppose to his previous preference for rice. Which I’m not really complaining about, I’m glad he’s exploring more. I do think that my cooking takes apart in this though because I’m a bit more lenient on adding sodium and sauce to his food now, hence my take of beef today has soy sauce in it 😛
Some people have asked be before about introducing hot spicy food. I think black pepper is a good way to start, it’s not exactly chilli spicy but it still has a small kick to it.

#blw寶寶料理 5+1 種煮牛肉的菜
最近小哲進入了喜歡吃肉和菜的階段，以前喜歡的飯變成排到後面去了（我其實完全不介意這個變化🥰）我很高興小哲開始探索其他食物。我覺得這個變化跟我煮菜的方式有關，有可能是因為最近我對加醬料到小哲的食物鬆懈了，所以小哲喜歡吃吧😛？今天的黑椒牛柳食譜就是有加一點薄鹽醬油。
有人之前問過我關於怎麼去介紹辣的食物給小哲。小哲的第一樣辣辣的菜就是添加了一點黑胡椒，雖然說黑胡椒的辣不是辣椒的辣，可是它吃多了還是有一種嗆味😛你不妨可以先從黑胡椒下手。
