來自加拿大的後搖神團 Godspeed You! Black Emperor，即將於 4 月 2 日發行他們睽違 4 年的專輯《G_d’s Pee AT STATE’S END!》，在 3 月 28 日的早上 06:00，GY!BE 將會在網路上舉辦專輯搶聽直播，觀眾除了能夠搶先聽見新專輯的完整內容之外，兩位影像製作人 Karl Lemieux 以及 Philippe Leonard，將會在加拿大蒙特婁空無一人的戲院 Cinema Imperial，架設 6 台 16 釐米的膠卷放映機打造彷彿置身 GY!BE 演出現場的體驗。這也是 GY!BE 成軍 25 年至今首次對外公開放映演唱會使用的膠卷影像。

Nếu những cơ bắp tinh thần không được rèn luyện để duy trì hoặc tăng cường sức dẻo dai, chống chịu, chúng sẽ bị teo dần lại. Không có ai có thể tránh được việc mắc phải sai lầm hay trải qua những ngày tồi tệ.

Lawrence Lemieux là thủy thủ người Canada, đã tham dự hai kỳ Thế vận hội. Ông bắt đầu đi thuyền từ khi còn là đứa trẻ, và đến thập niên 1970 thì trở nên đam mê bộ môn đua thuyền đơn. Ông đã làm việc chăm chỉ và cải thiện các kỹ năng của mình để có đủ khả năng đua thuyền. Vào năm 1988, ông đến Thế vận hội tại Seoul, Hàn Quốc, với triển vọng cao giành được một tấm huy chương vàng.
Vào ngày đua, các điều kiện thời tiết khá thách thức. Gió mạnh kết hợp với những dòng hải lưu di chuyển nhanh đã tạo nên những con sóng lớn bất thường. Bất chấp những thử thách đó, Lemieux mau chóng dẫn đầu.
Tuy vậy, khi quay trở lại đường đua, ông phát hiện đội đua hai người của Singapore bị lật xuồng. Một người trong số này bị thương nặng và đang phải bám vào thân xuồng, người còn lại bị đẩy trôi ra xa.
Trong điều kiện biển lúc bấy giờ, Lemieux biết người này có thể dễ dàng bị đẩy tiếp ra xa trước khi đội cứu hộ kịp đến. Mặc kệ hàng thập kỷ đã luyện tập cho mục tiêu đang hướng tới, Lemieux quyết định từ bỏ chuyện thi thố trong chưa đến một giây. Ông không ngần ngại quay thuyền lại để cứu những thủy thủ Singapore và cùng chờ đợi cho đến khi đội cứu hộ của nước chủ nhà Hàn Quốc đến đón và đưa họ trở về an toàn.
Lemieux quay trở lại với cuộc đua, nhưng đã quá muộn để giành được huy chương. Ông về đích ở vị trí thứ 22.
Tại buổi lễ trao giải, Chủ tịch Ủy ban Olympic Quốc tế đã trao tặng Lemieux tấm huy chương vì tinh thần thể thao dũng cảm.
Rõ ràng giá trị bản thân của Lemieux không phụ thuộc việc ông phải giành được huy chương vàng mới cảm thấy đó là một thành công. Ông không cảm thấy thế giới hay kỳ Thế vận hội đó nợ mình bất cứ điều gì. Thay vào đó, tinh thần của ông đủ mạnh để giúp mình sống đúng theo các giá trị của bản thân, làm những điều mà ông cho là đúng.

由前港督Lord Patten of Barnes同前英國外交大臣Hon Sir Malcolm Rifkind發起嘅國際聯署聲明，一個星期內由廿幾個國家嘅201個議員，依家聯署議員人數去到50國家728個議會政界人士！最壯觀不外乎係日本，不過唔該留意下嗰啲小國，例如科索沃、阿爾巴尼亞、立陶宛、斯洛伐克、緬甸等等小國，哪怕佢地得一兩個代表支持，但係以前人地國家出現問題，自問大家何曾理會過？睇完新聞下一秒就已經「哦，邊度黎㗎？」，然後食買玩揾錢唔記得...依家人地反而出黎支持...喂！簽個名有政治代價㗎，唔係應份！（本人自己都覺得有些少羞恥）
