【Account Clerk Job Description】

● Book keeping including journal voucher, general ledger preparation and bank reconciliation.
● Perform daily accounting duties including processing bill payment transactions, cheque preparation and petty cash control.
● Prepare month end closing
● Prepare for year-end audit
● Carry out ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirement:
● Form 6 /IVE/HKAAT or above
● Fresh Graduates are welcome
● Accounting knowledge is required
● Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
● Positive working attitude and willing to learn
● Good inter-personal and communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
● Proficient in MS office (Excel) and QuickBook is preferred.
● Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

C/L：City Ledger 城市掛帳。這個詞就真的是飯店會計部門才會用到的專有名詞。通常旅客在辦理退房結帳時，如果他的帳款是透過飯店核可掛帳的公司、旅行社等等結帳的話，那麼在飯店櫃檯，就會以C/L的方式，將他的帳款轉到A/R（見昨天的條目）結帳。
