<本票裁定的提示>

要求債務人簽發本票對於債權人之後的強制執行來說是比較方便的方式，
因為債權人可以直接持本票向法院聲請本票裁定，
然而，
在聲請本票裁定前必須要將本票向發票人提示，
這裡所謂的「提示」是包含什麼樣的行為呢？
可以用電話通知？用line通知？或寄存證信函的方式通知嗎？

最近Netflix上面很夯的戲劇「魷魚遊戲（Squid Game）」大家看了嗎？
劉哥看完之後覺得不但非常刺激好看，
並且也血淋淋的演出了人性的黑暗面，
彷彿是韓版的「賭博默示錄」，

上面寫有一支可以參加魷魚遊戲的電話，
最近新聞就報導那支電話在現實事件中是有主人的，
而且那個號碼的主人因為魷魚遊戲的播出而在一天之內被打了4,000多次電話，
整個影響到他的正常生活（大崩潰），
究竟電話被打暴的可憐主人在法律上有什麼樣的權利可以主張呢？

Marijuana remains a taboo in Taiwan. It’s a Class-2 narcotics. That’s the same class as meth. Possession over 20 grams can get you 5 years to life time in jail.
