I had so much fun designing this #powderroom; it is everything I wanted it to be! It was super helpful working in @chiefarchitectsoftware for this room in particular because small spaces require that much MORE attention to #detail (see last photo). Visually, this room is anchored by the @hyggeandwest Dog Park #wallpaper, which, without fail, makes everyone who walks into this room smile. The paper was designed by @juliarothman & it speaks to me in every way. Then we need to talk about this Kensho sink from @kohler; I first saw this at KBIS 2yrs ago and it literally stopped me in my tracks. It is the single thing I designed this room around 🙏🏼⠀
It's kinda hard to talk passionately about a toilet without sounding like a weirdo, but I'm gonna give it a shot because this toilet is truly incredible: you literally don't have to touch this thing to operate it, you can do EVERYTHING from the wall mounted remote. Heated seat, integrated bidet functions, a UV disinfecting light under the seat & eco flush...this thing has it all.⠀
The @robern vanity & mirror are clean, elegant & super functional. In particular, having the vanity suspended like this takes a lot of volume and weight out of the space making the small room feel comfortable and open.⠀
