Yes, losyen panas memang mempunyai pelbagai fungsi yang tersendiri. Terutama dalam rawatan, pemulihan dan kurangkan inflamasi memang tepat. Malah saya yakin anda sendiri sering menggunakan losyen panas post workout atau untuk kurangkan bengkak sendi.

Jadi tidak kah losyen panas bakar lemak yang degil?

Ia tidak semudah itu. Kalau ia semudah losyen panas untuk bakar lemak pada bahagian badan yang bermasalah seperti perut, peha, lengan dan lain-lain, sudah tentu semua orang dah “kurus” dan mempunyai badang yang diharapkan.

Losyen panas mempunyai dua fungi yang boleh dihubung-kait dengan “pembakaran lemak” atau “kurus”.

Ia tingkatkan metabolisma dengan tingkatkan suhu permukaan kulit. Ini umpama sauna yang kecil di mana badan dan cuba sejukkannya semula kepada normal dengan peluh. Peluh merupakan proses kawalan suhu badan.

Proses untuk melibatkan dua perkara yang mungkin ada kaitan dengan kawalan berat badan: 1) peningkatkan metabolisma “sedikit” dan 2) peluh (water loss).

Umpama mini sauna.

So yes, sama dengan losyen panas, sauna pun mempunyai pelbagai manfaat dan kebaikan tapi sama jugak ia pun tidak membakar lemak. Ia tingkatkan metabolisma dan pembuangan air badan. Which is great tapi tidak sama atau semestinya membakar lemak.

Jadi nak bakar lemak camane? Itu bergantung kepada kebolehan anda untuk mengawal pemakanan vs metabolisma badan anda.

Tajuk mungkin menakutkan anda, tapi it should not as senaman sememangnya merupakan stres fizikal badan dan sekiranya berlebihan, berpanjangan dan terlalu berintensiti tinggi akan tingkat risiko kecederaan dll secara am.

But balance and commonsense but prevail
Bagi saya, kelebihan senaman outweighs risiko kecederaan tapi senaman, termasuk kardiovaskular, penting untuk kita, termasuk saya, untuk mengenali batas dan sentiasa utamakan keselamatan dalam usaha utk AKTIKAN diri.

Tapi tanpa senaman, yes mungkin tiada stres fizkal badan tapi akibatkan badan yang kurang kuat, kurang bermaya dan STRES pula dengan keadaan diri yang lemah sepanjang masa. Stres jugak tu.
Jadi dari “couch potato” atau “marathon” yang merupakan dua extreme dalam polar senaman, cari lah keseimbangan diri.

Berlari, termasuk senaman yang lain mempunyai pelbagai manfaat termasuk kecergasan, kekuatan, saluran stres dll tapi just like anything else, too much of anything is “bad”, including over-exercising.

Balance is important, including rehat dalam membantu badan untuk membaiki wear and tear badan.
