I’ve watched each of you grow as a dancer since the first session and I’m really amazed at the progress you guys have made! To think some of you had never danced in your lives before this. Thank you for taking a chance on us and a chance on yourself! You’re all dancers now and I’m thankful that I was apart of that journey ☺️ Like I always said, full commitment and intent in everything you do and don’t hold back. You’ll never know your limit if you hold back in training 💪🏻 • On another note. I really didn’t know if I could get in any reasonable condition for this video. I did let myself go a little given how crazy how life was with my new business venture and newborn baby girl before the workshops. Granted, I wasn’t in horrible shape but I definitely wasn’t feeling “camera aesthetic”…. How was I going to achieve anything in 6 weeks whilst balancing everything else in life? 🥲 The man behind my prep @nickngyuheng … I cannot be more thankful for how selfless you were in helping me. The protocol was brutal but you kept me motivated and reassured me that you would answer any questions I had and that’s just what I needed. I felt much more confident showing up in front of camera and I couldn’t have done it without you 🙏🏻 It only gets better from here and I will forever remember the pain of drinking 8 litres of water in a day 😅 Hit him up if you need personal training cause he definitely knows his stuff 💪🏻 • Enjoy the video!
