- back extensions
- squat thrusts
Count from 1 to 10 then back to 1 for each workout.
Meaning: 1,1,1,1 2,2,2,2 3,3,3,3 continue..... To 10,10,10,10 then count down back to 1.
Total of 100 reps each workout. Managed to do without stopping.
End with 100 sit ups. This one killed me!!!!! Especially when my abs are still sore from my previous abs workout!!!!! I think this is even harder than 100burpees I did yesterday.
