    【駐美交流 還有什麼很重要】

    我在退輔會最主要關心三個業務，大概第一項就是赴美交流，所以我支持修正組織法。
    第二是就業輔導。
    第三個部分就是榮民醫院。

    針對赴美交流，我想知道除了外交行動，實質上有沒有其他的影響？

    主委回覆說，第一是赴美的人員，一定會受到重視，像主委說自己在美國當武官的前半年是上校，等升少將以後，會被認為是「General flag officer」，可以到五角大廈的任何一個單位，都不會受到監控。但另外一個不指名是哪一國的國家，都是得要派人跟著的。主委表示顯見人在就有實力在。此外會參加許多有政治意義的活動，像阿靈頓公墓每年五月會被邀請（註一）。以及有正式的駐外人員，就會跟美國的退伍軍人、以及其他國家的退伍軍人，促成交流。

    主委說的這些很重要，但我更期許的是，能從美國軍人文化與制度上，學習包含就業、就學、就養、就醫。譬如老兵協會，就很強調「 freedom isn't free」，希望能加強辨別敵我意識與提升國軍的地位，期望除了交流之外，能把這些資訊帶回來，這些是我覺得非常重要的事情！

    註一：每一年5月的最後一個週一，是美國的「陣亡將士紀念日」

    Following news of 3 Team Aster players testing positive for Covid at the TI10 bootcamp in Romania, 🇲🇾 JT- from team IG has also tested positive & is currently down with a fever.

    Update: All 10 members of Team Aster have tested positive as of Oct 1.

    Sincerely hoping that adequate care & support are given to all the sick players, and wishing them a speedy recovery.

    Meanwhile can somebody please explain to me why there isn't a proper 14-day quarantine or pre-event bubble for all the overseas teams attending TI10?
